Lovely hotel with large bedroom and bathroom, pet friendly and ideally located for an overnight stop near Zaragoza, would definitely stay again if passing that way…

Is a road/highway hotel and you can't expect to be in a Hilton, but the hotel is clean, so so comfortable, very good and big beds, clean bathroom, powerful air conditioner with remote control, and just small tv, very far away for reading the subtitles. The service in the reception was perfect and the recommendations for the city and parking area close to the city center was AMAZING. Big parking area and everything was perfect. Far away from the city but no to much, 10 minutes by car and you are in the center.

Acudimos al restaurante AREA EL CISNE. La cajera nos cobra dos veces la comida de cuatro personas. Me hace pasar el movil dos veces por el datafono y solo me da un recibo. Cuando miro el movil me doy cuenta que ha cobrado dos veces. Le digo que rectifique y me responde que no y se enfada y llama a un dependiente con ella me me indica que estoy equivocado. Le muestro el movil y no se entera. El banco me ha cargado dos veces una compra y solo me dan un telefono para que llame cuando vuelva la encargada del negocio que esta de vacaciones. Ciertamente preocupante. Han pasado 8 dias tengo que pagarle al banco un consumo con ello y todavia no recibo respuestas. Doy todos mis datos para que me llamen y no recibo respuestas. El problema es que ibamos de paso y se me hace imposible llegar personalmente. El dependiente solo me da un movil y ni siquiera un email donde reclamar por escrito . Vamos que por los momentos una estafa.hablamos de 75 euros que se multiplincan por dos por error de la dependienta.

Tienen recepción 24 horas y el recepcionista fue muy amable. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, no nos despertó ningún ruido.

Excesivamente sencillo y anticuado. Muchos detalles mejorables. El servicio de cenas muy mejorable. El wifi funciona mal. El ruido en las habitaciones es alto por la cercanía de la carretera. No repetiré. Por barato que sea la estancia no me complace

Ad una dozzina di km da Saragozza, quest’hotel si trova sull’autostrada ed è molto confortevole con ampie stanze e bagni comodi col bidè. Dietro l’hotel c’è un giardino da ricevimenti e all’interno c’è un ristorante.Il prezzo è buono con colazione esclusa e parcheggio interno.

Antiguo con clase y reformado. Muy económico para unas instalaciones tan agradables. La terraza trasera ha sido reformada y es mucho más bonito que en las fotos. Lo malo que está a 15 minutos en coche de Zaragoza y si vas a beber, mejor no conduzcas.
