Good service from one of the owners. Delicious food, their food can be compared to a large japanese resto in Manila. The place is cozy and has a chilling vibe.
Their kind of hotel and resort is highly recommended for couples and small groups. They also provide a clean and relaxing room.
We think there are some areas that need improvement, and one is the surrounding area for the Bar, it needs to have more Instagrammable view not to mention the tables and chairs are a bit old style for aesthetic look. The pool needs improvement and needs to be maintained when there are guests in the vicinity.
Overall I would rate their resort with a 4 star.

The Location is good and we love the view, very stunning. Amenities are superb as well. However, when we arrived to our room, we saw cockroaches in the room. I am afraid of the cockroaches and it made me uncomfortable to stay in our room.
They need time check the room first before letting the guests in.

Wir genossen den Ort, obwohl wir nicht alle Pool und Schleifen verwendet haben. Wir verbrachten mehr Zeit auf Kiddie Pool und Wellenpools.Mein 2 Jahre alter Sohn genossen es. Es braucht einige Reparaturen für die Sicherheit, wie die Schleifen auf einer Schleife ist schon weg. Kiddie Pool ist direkt neben dem Rampage Pool, nicht ein guter Einstellungs-Eltern müssen ihre kleinen Kinder genau zu beobachten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht überqueren.
Der Strand ist nicht geeignet für Schwimmen, es gibt einige Müll, Sie werden es nicht bemerken, wenn Sie nicht schwimmen, es ist das Beste nur für Sportaktivitäten.
Was den Raum betrifft, so ist es gut, außer für die Blei, die am letzten Tag nicht funktioniert und auch die Stühle sind bereits defekt, benötigen Ersatz oder Reparatur. Aber wir haben einen guten Blick auf den Pool und die Untergrundbasse.

Decent for the price, big rooms and bed, cr floor has a bit of water and seemed to be leaking somewhere when we checked in, rooms looked old and dated but is clean. tv wifi/ not working we had to connect it to our phones so we can have some sort of show when we are resting. I love pools that have heaters but they're not consistently switched on, same as the wave pool, I hope they have schedules on when it is on so we know when to swim. Beach is not swimmable. Need car to access the place and there are no other restaurants nearby the hotel. But service is good, staff are all friendly and helpful. Would comeback again for the heated pools, but I do hope it's on like 6-9am and 4-9pm something like that. Cant remember if there are other available facilities... Also the pool tiles need to be maintained on the pool near the main bldg as some pieces fell off.

Was mir an diesem Hotel gefällt, ist, dass es zwar nicht neu ist, aber sauber und gut gepflegt ist und das Personal durchweg freundlich ist. Auch die Essenspreise sind für ein Strandhotel angemessen.
Es gibt einen Geldautomaten in der Lobby, was für Gäste sehr praktisch ist, falls ihnen das Bargeld ausgeht.

GGuenterDer Pub-Teil des Angebots war hervorragend, Magners vom Fass, echte britische Pub-A**osphäre, die besten Calamares, die ich seit Jahrzehnten hatte. Schöne Sitzplätze mit Blick auf die Bucht. Könnte in England nicht besser sein.
Die Zimmer waren eher mittelmäßig, und ich meine nicht die Größe oder die rudimentäre Einrichtung. Überall waren kleine Ameisen, also ließ ich meinen Koffer geschlossen. Es gab einen lauten Ventilator im Zimmer und eine klappernde Klimaanlage im Badezimmerfenster. Die Duscharmaturen waren abenteuerlich und der Wasserdurchfluss sehr gering. Und die Mietbedingungen gaben mir nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein, lesen Sie selbst, um sich Ihre eigene Meinung zu bilden.
Ich habe morgens ein kurzes Bad im Wasser genommen und bin einen Tag früher abgereist.
Im Allgemeinen würde ich lieber 10 Dollar mehr bezahlen und eine anständige Dusche und Klimaanlage und keine Ungeziefer in meinem Zimmer haben.

Check in verlief reibungslos, Zimmer war sauber, groß und praktikabel eingerichtet. Das abgebildete Zimmer im Netz war leider die Suite, dementsprechend die Enttäuschung über den fehlenden Meerblick.
Zudem gibt es direkt im Hotel kein Frühstück, diese Info wird im Netz auch vorenthalten, man wird auf 2 benachbarte Lokale verwiesen die NUR lokales, meistens lauwarmes bis kaltes, Frühstück anbieten, bei der Nutzung des lokalen Buffet anstatt der Auswahl kostet dies auch noch Extra😡
Das Hotel ist stark frequentiert und sehr laut, bis hin zu Parties am Pool oder auf den Zimmern bis weit in die frühen Morgenstunden. Ein Einschreiten des Management war nicht erkennbar.
Für Gäste wie wir, die sich erholen wollen, ist dieses Hotel mit den ständigen, nächtlichen Feiern von Kurzzeiturlaubern oder Kongressteilnehmern, ungeeignet, zumal ab 06:30h am Morgen schon wieder die ersten Gäste zum Frühstück aufbrechen und man dann auch wieder unfreiwillig geweckt wird.
Ich hätte mir den 7tägigen Aufenthalt auch anders vorgestellt.

CCai SalvadorWe had a pleasant stay at icove for 3 days 2 nights, but there were expectations not met. First, they have limited parking slots in the area. Though I was advised that they have another parking space. I'm just not sure where it is located. Second, the pool is very small. Third, they do not accept credit cards and/or gcash payments. And last but not the least, our room (210) was old. The tv is not smart and has limited channels, the key card is not working so we were given a key instead. There were mosquitos in the room, the drainage of the shower area is clogged (it drains very very slow). This resort needs to be updated and renovated. But all their staff are super super nice!!

OolivoEs ist eine ideale Lage, wenn Sie dort für Clubs sind und wenn Sie wegen begrenzter Parkplätze nicht fahren. Es ist nicht sehr entspannend, weil es nahe der Hauptstraße ist, werden Sie alle Arten von Fahrzeugen und ihre Abgasleitungen jeden Tag und die ganze Nacht vom Zimmer hören. Das Boden und das Badezimmer sind für mich sauber genug, aber das Bett, die Kissen und das Leder Kopftücher müssen ersetzt werden, sie riechen wirklich schlecht, frisches Linen und Kissen werden nicht einmal helfen. Die AC kämpft, um sich am Tag kühl zu halten, aber es kühlt genug am Abend. Das Personal ist alles schön und reaktiv, was ich am meisten über den Ort mag.

GGuest UserIch würde zugeben, dass 3 Hotelpersonal willkommen und hilfreich waren, um meine Anfragen/Anfragen zu erfüllen. Dann waren noch einmal ein oder vielleicht zwei andere unbekannte Mitarbeiter entweder brutal von der Anwesenheit unserer Hotelgäste unermüdlich, die sich als ein Trick einer Einstellung erwiesen. Wenn sie die Arbeit nicht mögen, warum müssen sie dann etwas von dem Hotelunternehmer gehalten werden? Es wäre auch für das Hotel nützlich, in jedem Zimmer Kopien der Menüs Jewel Cafe & Restaurants für uns Gäste, die täglich Lebensmittel verlangen, zu posten, da das Restaurant nur Schritte von dem Schlaf & Aufenthalt entfernt ist. Andernfalls war meine Unterkunft mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Outdoor-Lebensmittelverkäufern über die nationale Straße zufriedenstellend.

MMaria AvenaIch möchte Lee im Restaurant loben, weil er so freundlich ist und mir einen hervorragenden Kundenservice auch den Kerl im Front Office, der wirklich freundlich und wissensvoll in seiner Arbeit ist. HOWEVER
1. Das Eigentum hat schlechte Einrichtungen. Zum Beispiel, keine Flaschen Wasser, sondern stattdessen haben sie einen leeren Container für Sie, das Wasser im Restaurant in Wasserdispenser zu bekommen, wie wirklich ein Schlaf- oder Bettraum eingerichtet oder Hostel eingerichtet.
2. Sie haben keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpaste

4. Keine Fußbodenhandschuhe irgendwo.
Ich dachte, ob Subic Park Hotel jetzt ein Hostel ist, aber wenn ich es überprüft, ist es ein Hotel mit einem Hostel eingerichtet. Es gibt einige Eigenschaften in Subic mit billigeren Preisen, aber mit kompletten Einrichtungen. Nur sagen.
Kudos an Mitarbeiter hier auf dem Weg. Sie bieten hervorragende Kundenservice sogar das Immobilien hat schlechte Service.
