The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

Könnte in England nicht besser sein. Die Zimmer waren eher mittelmäßig, und ich meine nicht die Größe oder die rudimentäre Einrichtung. Überall waren kleine Ameisen, also ließ ich meinen Koffer geschlossen. Es gab einen lauten Ventilator im Zimmer und eine klappernde Klimaanlage im Badezimmerfenster. Die Duscharmaturen waren abenteuerlich und der Wasserdurchfluss sehr gering. Und die Mietbedingungen gaben mir nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein, lesen Sie selbst, um sich Ihre eigene Meinung zu bilden. Ich habe morgens ein kurzes Bad im Wasser genommen und bin einen Tag früher abgereist. Im Allgemeinen würde ich lieber 10 Dollar mehr bezahlen und eine anständige Dusche und Klimaanlage und keine Ungeziefer in meinem Zimmer haben.

Der Service hier ist hervorragend. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Strandes, nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung. Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.

The sound of the waves in the background and the breeze flowing through the resort made it easy to unwind. If you're someone who enjoys a more ”back-to-basics” island experience, you’ll probably love the rustic charm. The beach area is the real highlight. The shoreline was clean, and there were enough shaded areas and cabanas to relax in. I loved that the resort maintained a peaceful, non-crowded vibe, even though there were several other guests staying at the same time. The pool area and sun deck were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the acoustic night setup they had on the weekend — it was a perfect way to end the day with some live music under the stars. They also offer water activities like jet skiing and banana boat rides, which add excitement if you’re in the mood for adventure.

HOWEVER 1. Das Eigentum hat schlechte Einrichtungen. Zum Beispiel, keine Flaschen Wasser, sondern stattdessen haben sie einen leeren Container für Sie, das Wasser im Restaurant in Wasserdispenser zu bekommen, wie wirklich ein Schlaf- oder Bettraum eingerichtet oder Hostel eingerichtet. 2. Sie haben keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpaste 3. Keine Fliege 4. Keine Fußbodenhandschuhe irgendwo. Ich dachte, ob Subic Park Hotel jetzt ein Hostel ist, aber wenn ich es überprüft, ist es ein Hotel mit einem Hostel eingerichtet. Good service from one of the owners. Delicious food, their food can be compared to a large japanese resto in Manila. The place is cozy and has a chilling vibe. Their kind of hotel and resort is highly recommended for couples and small groups. They also provide a clean and relaxing room. We think there are some areas that need improvement, and one is the surrounding area for the Bar, it needs to have more Instagrammable view not to mention the tables and chairs are a bit old style for aesthetic look. The pool needs improvement and needs to be maintained when there are guests in the vicinity. Overall I would rate their resort with a 4 star. And a must place to visit. Thank you.
