Return visit to Hotel Vasilikos Beach. I could simply say we had a perfectly relaxing time and leave it at that but I am sure that Tripadvisor would require some justification. So, welcomed by Hilary, Ria and all the hotel staff as if we were family returning home. It certainly felt like that after a hiatus of six years (last visited in 2018). Allocated to our favourite room 127 that has a lovely view to the sea. Many of the rooms were renovated in 2019 but Room 127 remains one of the originals, simply but comfortably furnished that made for a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Breakfasts now offer a choice of both freshly cooked options as well as continental options, all served, buffet style, in the modern restaurant area that overlooks the pool. The ambience of the hotel, pool area and gardens remains peaceful and relaxed. As guests of the hotel we had complementary sun loungers at the nearby St Nicholas beach. There remain four tavernas within easy walking distance for dinners and during the daytime, a bigger choice of nearby beach bars for drinks and food. This remains one of our favourite hotels. Cannot wait to return!

Enjoyed a 4 night stay is Junior suite room located on 3rd floor. The room enjoys great views of port, sea and square from a very large double balcony. Spacious and comfortable room with separate bedroom and lounge area. The suite has 2 air conditioning units, separate bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was good and large choice offered. You can enjoy breakfast in their clique Central Cafe bar. Quick and efficient check-in/out. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is a return visit too.

We received a warm welcome from the owner, Athina, who gave us really useful information about the island and local amenities. The room itself was perfect for us. 1 large bedroom with twin beds, plus 2 more single beds (Real beds, NOT camp/sofa beds) in the main living space. There was a small kitchenette but we only used the fridge/freezer and kettle which were in good working order. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was typically simple and basic but we had good quality bed sheets that were fresh. Towels were thick, clean and changed frequently. The room had a safe and there was no extra charge for this which is rare but a welcomed extra. The air conditioning was charged daily, however it was very effective and necessary given the temperatures were around 40 degrees each day! Athina and Ellie were the most helpful, friendly people you could hope to have as hosts and they always made time to help you even though they were very busy. The location of the apartments was excellent. Right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet. We were never disturbed at night or early in the morning. Dennis and George work really hard in the pool snack bar, and again, make you feel like you are genuinely welcome. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was well maintained and clean. We have already booked to back next year which is something we never do and this shows how happy we were here. Thankyou for a great holiday and see you again soon The Atkinsons

Ein schönes modernes Hotel in einem Bereich voller Olivenbäume. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, gut mit brandneuen Badezimmern dekoriert. Aber auf unserem Balkon hatten wir ein Problem mit Bienen immer anwesend und konnten es nicht genießen. Wir haben uns an die Rezeption darüber beschwert, sie haben einmal geschluckt, aber das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Ich denke, es ist wichtig, etwas damit zu tun und nicht das Zimmer 85 Euro pro Nacht und praktisch ohne Balkon zu bezahlen. Das Frühstück hat eine zufriedenstellende Vielfalt und gute Qualität mit außergewöhnlichen Mitarbeitern, um Ihnen zu helfen und zu begrüßen.

We loved this hotel from arriving, personal check in and walked to room, friendly smiley face always from breakfast u til late at night, nothing is too much for this family ran hotel ❤️ Staff acknowledge you, your not just another guest Breakfasts were plentiful with plenty of options to choose from, always fresh and topped up. Pool area is fab and chilled, plenty of beds available all day, have chill out chairs too, inflatable are near pool to help yourself too: towels for pool are given and they are super large perfect 😍 We stayed in family suite room 212 and the balcony was huge overlooking the pool and bar area, gorgeous double balcony doors with air con, great kitchen area with plenty of storage for clothes and bit and bobs Lunch menu… lots of options all cooked fresh and decent size portions Rooms offer extras like shaving kits, toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo which smell beautiful. 😍 Perfect location for venturing but away from hussle and bussle of main *****. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, see you next year Aeolos when we return in May

Es kann gesagt werden, dass ich das beste Hotel habe in Europa gelebt. Der Chef, Herr Dali, ist sehr enthusiastisch. Erst hat er uns das Zimmer auf das luxuriösste, mit einem großen Balkon und einem Zimmer auf dem Meer aktualisiert und uns eine andere Reise in Zakinsos für drei Tage organisiert. Wir haben unsere Kleider auf den Strand von zehn Kilometern gefallen, und als wir zum Flughafen gingen, wollten wir die Hälfte des Hotels zurücklegen, aber der Boss hat uns das kostenlos zurückholen lassen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotelrestaurant auch großartig, das Frühstück ist kostenlos, die Dinge sind sehr reichhaltig, der Chef gibt uns immer noch Wasser oder Getränke. Die Fotos, die er gesendet hat, sind das Essen des Hotels. Die Lage des Hotels liegt im Hafen von Zakinsos und die Lage ist besonders bequem. Ein Freund, der nicht fahren kann, kann hier den Boss alles arrangieren. Zakinsos ist wirklich schön und sehr zu empfehlen.

Nur nach einer Woche nach Hause in Letsos. Ich muss sagen, dass ich nicht länger in Letsos blieb. Ich habe vor dem Covid in Letsos geblieben und es war schön damals. Die Verbesserungen, die sie gemacht haben, sind fantastisch. Das Personal ist wunderschön und freundlich, aber ich muss sagen, dass der Manager wirklich aus ihrem Weg geht, um Ihnen zu helfen. Sie ist erstaunlich. Die freundlichsten Leute, die Sie treffen können. Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit einem schönen Blick auf den Pool und einem sehr großen Balkon. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt nichts schlechtes darüber sagen. Es ist sehr nah an allen Geschäften und Restaurants und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum schönen warmen Sandstrand. Vielen Dank für unseren ersten Urlaub nach dem Covid ein sehr guter. Wir haben bereits im nächsten Jahr Kontakt mit uns gehalten, um wieder zu buchen.
