This is the first time visiting Dolce Vita, though we have visited Kalamaki 8 times through the years. It is a small family run complex that is well maintained and very clean. There are 8 studio apartments, single room with kitchen with a separate bathroom, and 4 larger apartments with separate bedrooms. We stayed in a fround floor Studio apartment. The apartment is basic, as you would expect in a 1-2 star property but is cleaned every day, with sheets and towels replaced every 3rd day. The air-con was very good, even during the unusual heatwave (42deg) , though this is an additional extra, as is the safety-deposit box. The pool was clean, it has a shallow end at both ends, though may not be toddler friendly. There is a pool bar that does lovelly snacks and a wide range of bootled soft drinks and beers. Expect a frrozen glass with your beer. On the last day, check-out was 11.00am though we had an evening flight. The owners allowed us to stay at the complex, to use the pool, snack-ba etc which was very welcome. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. Recommended.
