Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall gut, aber das WLAN ist super schlecht, es gibt nicht einmal in meinem Zimmer eine WLAN-Verbindung und das Zimmer riecht stark, als ob schon lange niemand dort gewesen wäre.

Very disappointed and i would not recommend this place, it took us an hour to get to the parkplatz . The bed was was small and constant noise from roads

Lovely room with everything you needed and a comfy bed. Only issue is the Wi-Fi isn’t strong enough so couldn’t connect. (Room 4)

Wir haben hier Anfang Mai eine Nacht verbracht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig, ordentlich und modern. Unser einziges Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, da sie trotz der warmen Außentemperaturen noch im Wintermodus war. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Lage, man kommt leicht mit dem Taxi in die Altstadt. Der Parkplatz muss besser ausgeschildert werden, sodass man über McDonald’s reinkommt.

These are basic accommodations in a good location. The check in procedure is very confusing since there is no one on sight. After a couple phone calls to the manager we got it figured out so that she could give us the access code to get in our room. In their information they need to explain that the entrance to the apartment is from Mcdonald's drive through. It does not have good "curb appeal". The first thing you see when you arrive are a block of apartments that are permanently occupied which look very dingy and messy. The back half of the building are the Guverna rentals which are much nicer. The AC unit was finicky but we finally selected the right setting and it worked reasonably well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old city of Zadar.
