The room is well design, spacious and complete with an Expresso machine. Convenient stores, coin laundry, vending machines are all available from within the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located so you can drive to other ski resorts within the Yuzawa valley easily within 30 mins drive.

Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Welcome us from the JR train station and handled our luggage and send the luggage to the room direct. Very helpful as they helped us to liaise with Gala resort to get back our lost bag left in the free shuttle by calling and communicating from A to Z. Clean & Efficient. The Impeccable Service. We had a Pleasant Stay. Excellent Service. Bedding very comfortable. An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay.

Very nice view and japanese tatami style. Heavy snow and staff is very helpful to send us to station at free. Very good experience.

Travelled here with 2 toddlers and the place is fantastic. We took the room with the open air bath for them to enjoy and it comes with our very own one backyard of snow! The kids were playing in the snow and jumping jn the Bathtub after. The hotsprings are fantastic , they have a huge variety and they switch the female and males after every few hours so you will enjoy diff type of hotsprings.. they even had a tea hotspring where they full up the tub with tea leaves. The amenities provided is great, you literally do not need to bring any of yours, everything is provided, even pajamas. The skii resorts are convenient to get too and when you reach echiga Station, you can ask the tourist centre to call the Hotel for a pick up

Ski in ski out. Have hourly shuttle to and from train station, but you need to find way to book, can be full. Can get very crowd for ski rental during peak.

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

Eine der nächsten Unterkunft zum Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort und Shuttle über einen Minibus ist verfügbar. Shuttlebus geht auch zum Bahnhof Echigo Yuzawa. Es ist zu Fuß von Gala Yuzawa entfernt. An alle Mitarbeiter des Ski Resort mit der Telefonnummer des Hotels zu beantragen. Da war es für ein paar Nächte für Snowboarding. Frühstücksauswahl war fabulös mit zwei lokalen japanischen Sage verfügbar! Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es kommt sogar mit einem großen Blick! Onsen Straße, die die Straße mit Restaurant geordnet ist, ist 10-15mins Spaziergang entfernt. Ich empfehle, für Abendessen vorzubehalten, wenn Sie nicht zum Abendessen gehen wollen. Großer Service ist einer der Hauptgründe dafür, warum ich zurück zum Aufenthalt!

Ein kurzer Spaziergang von etwa 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Onsen ist großartig und das Frühstück auch. Es gibt auch alle 20 Minuten einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof. Wenn Sie für Winteraktivitäten hier sind, gibt es im Keller auch einen separaten Abstellraum für Ihre Stiefel, Snowboard usw., damit Sie Ihr Zimmer sauber halten.

Very nice hot spring and service. Staff was helpful even language barrier, free ramen at 22-2245 every night. Various food options near the hotel for a 5min walk
