Here’s a detailed review of my stay: Location: ★★★★★ The hotel is conveniently located near Yiwu International Trade City, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. It’s just a short walk to the trade center, which was a significant advantage for our group. Check-in Process: ★★★★☆ The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were courteous and spoke English well, which made it easy for us to settle in quickly. Room Quality: ★★★★☆ Our room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory for our needs. The decor was modern, and everything felt quite new. Facilities: ★★★☆☆ While the hotel offered basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a small gym, dining options were somewhat limited. However, there were several restaurants nearby, making it easy to find meals. Service: ★★★★★ The service at Atour Hotel was commendable. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests, providing helpful information about the local area and transportation options. Pros: room is clean, bed is comfortable & we got early check in. Cons: There are people smoking in the lobby even though there are no smoking signs everywhere and the reception did not do anything. Also during our stay, there were people doing karaoke until 2am. It was so noisy & we could not sleep. Told the hotel about it & they said they cant do anything. Will not stay here again.

服務還是比較好的，直接給我升級了房型，衝著這一點我也會給好評的，但還是得提幾點建議。 1.雖然在入住的時候，前台有告知樓上會在9點左右開始鋪地毯，在第二天早上7:10的時候，就已經在開始裝修了，這需要和裝修隊那邊再確認一下。 2.房間裏的無線充電不好用，應該是沒接電，這個需要工程部檢查一下。 3.這也是最值得酒店改善的一個點，那就是毛巾和浴巾瘋狂掉毛，新開酒店，毛巾，浴巾都是新的，這固然沒錯，但我建議酒店負責人如果是**志的話可以自己試一下，有些話題比較私密，我不方便説，你用了你就知道了…… 建議如下: 首次處理： 酒店新浴巾使用前, 用温水加白醋浸泡30分 鍾, 軟化纖維並去除表麪漿料。 温和洗滌： 選擇中性洗滌劑, 避免含氯漂白劑;酒店商用洗衣機輕柔模式機洗,減少機械摩擦。 科學晾乾： 自然晾乾時避免暴曬, 防止棉纖維變 脆; 優先選擇低温烘乾模式, 中途可放入網球輔助 蓬鬆。
