前台服務人員態度一般，下午兩點左右到了不能辦理入住，不是沒有客房，如果要入住必須要交半天房費，害的我在咖啡廳等到三點才入住。

算是當地比較好的酒店了，比較乾淨，工作人員也比較熱情，週六晚上16 樓酒吧會比較吵

酒店很大，可以説是埃裏温或者亞美尼亞最好的酒店之一。 服務不錯，住得很舒服，據説很多名人來埃裏温都會住這裏。

The hotel itself is very good. Very polite and helpful staff was the one of the best impressions of mine. I had a lot of questions and they answered to all my questions very quickly and nicely. Looking forward to coming back again as there are a lot beautiful corners to enjoy and discover. I was impressed by the names of the restaurant and meeting halls, sooo good that they kept Armenian atmosphere as well because i saw a lot of cultural things expressing our Armenian values and culture, that was very very touching and impressing.

The management of the hotel is a total disaster. Someone stole my Airpods Pro in the hotel, which was hosting an international forum last week. I applied several times to the management, first they didn't want to watch the camera tapes and then they told me they couldn't see anything there. Just to be clear - your belongings are not safe there.

Quite a luxurious hotel option in Yerevan - 5+ stars all the way. We were attending in an event in teh attached event space, or we may not have chosen it as it's a 25 minute walk or so from the center of the city. But the hotel is gorgeous, very modern and sleep, fabulous views from the spacious and well appointed rooms. Customer service is what you would expect from a 5 star but then some - lovely employees.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely ruined!!!!!!

Very kind staff and attentive. Everything in the hotel was new and brillaiant. Location for the business trip was the most suitable and close to sights of Yerevan. New design furniture in the rooms and good quality clean water in the pipes to wash and drink even. As I was in the middle of the week there was a regular theatre acrobatic show - fantasic and free for guests. My advice for everybody is to find time for swimming in the opened pool on the panoramic roof, great experience. Really luxury 5* place!

WOW!!! This hotel stands out immediately by the impressive Guest Room Interior's. Everything is of the highest quality possible, including the workmanship in the finishing details of the rooms and public areas. One can confidently say that this hotel has the potential to be among the best in the world. The vast selection of high-quality entertainment, dining and wining, swimming and fitness and strolling to the nearby city center, makes your stay worthwhile. I was highly impressed and will certainly recommend this hotel and return soon for business and for enjoyment at it's best.

Если вы хотите пожить в красивом номере, но при этом почувствовать себя как в дешевом мотеле с лотереей на выживание – вам в Dvin. Номер, конечно, выглядел шикарно, и даже для ребёнка дали прекрасную кровать. Казалось бы, начало многообещающее… Но персонал, видимо, решил, что ночной аттракцион с басами – это то, чего мы ждали больше всего. Нас заселили в ту часть отеля, где до 2 ночи гремела музыка так, что ребенка буквально подбрасывало на кровати. Это не разовая проблема, судя по отзывам гости часто страдают от оглушительной дискотеки. Но как можно было догадаться пару с годовалым ребенком поселить в такой номер!? Но самое прекрасное началось утром. Нам предстоял ранний вылет, поэтому заранее уточнил, можно ли заказать завтрак в номер. «Да, конечно, оформим», – сказали они. Встал по будильнику, сделал заказ, мне ответили, что готовят. Прошло 35 минут. Звонок. «Ой, а готовить-то ещё час!» Что ж, спасибо за ложь. То есть изначально было очевидно, что кухня не работает в это время, но проще ведь просто врать в лицо гостю? В итоге уехали голодными, но с новым уровнем раздражения. И вишенка на этом тухлом торте – заселение. Если у вас есть наличные, будьте готовы отдать их в залог (очень «современно»). Если карта – данные просто перепишут на клочок бумаги! И повернут карту, чтобы разглядеть CVV-код. Уровень доверия к безопасности в этом отеле ниже плинтуса. В общем, если хотите узнать, как дорого продать сервис уровня «автостанция в три утра», бронируйте смело.

Впечатления от менеджмента отеля самые негативные. На площадке гостиницы, где проходило мероприятие несколько дней назад, у меня украли дорогие наушники Apple AirPods Pro. Мне пришлось в течение 2 дней просить посмотреть записи камер, потом выяснилось, что ничего на видео найти не могут. Администрация гостиницы явно не очень была настроена помогать. Большие вопросы к безопасности и сохранности вещей на территории отеля.
