Ein wunderschönes Hotel im kleinen Örtchen Chivay. Die Zimmer als auch die anderen Hotelbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und bietet frische Früchte und Säfte. Ganz wichtig, für Frühaufsteher Richtung Cruz del Condor: Es beginnt um 05:30 Uhr.

Das Hotel ist super super schön angelegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden von Lis empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Das war ein Traum! Sie ist genau wie alle anderen super lieb und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Essen im Restaurant ebenso wie unsere tolle Servicekraft sind genau so großartig.

Sehr nettes Hotel in Chivay (Colca Valley) mit sehr freundlichen Personal und angenehmem Ambiente. Zimmer sehr geräumig, im „Hüttenstil“. Gemütliche Bar mit netter Ausstattung. Gutes Restaurant mit reichhaltigem Frühstück.

Wonderful service and attitude and lovely rooms. Waitresses (Karla) are friendly. It's close to the center square. The entire hotel feels like a garden. Heat in the room keeps you warm. The only issue is that wifi is only in the lobby and not in the rooms.

My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and only stayed here one night but we wished it was more! The hotel sits on beautiful grounds and is very romantic and charming. When we arrived, the staff had set up a surprise honeymoon treat for us in our room, complete with a nice note, which was so special! The staff were so warm and kind and we felt very welcomed. The room was large and very comfortable. My husband woke up early to bird watch and was able to see a lot of bird varieties just on the grounds! We were able to walk to the city center within 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious! We definitely will return.

The rooms are wooden lodges style. Equipped with electric heater and heating pads for the beds to combat the June temperature. However, the pain paint is that wifi coverage is limited only to the concierge area, you may not get wifi if your lodge is far away.

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. The restaurant was absolutely amazing :food was exceptionally good and the service super friendly. In the reception area there are Peruvian ladies showing how they make traditional crafts. Super interesting to watch. Hotel is quite close to the small city Center.strongly recommend if you are searching for a place to stay in Colca. Special thanks to Lis and Laura

This has got to be the worse hotel experience I have had in my life. I honestly do not know where to begin, something that really stuck out was when I vocalized that we had no water pressure in our room to a staff member and he told me he was going to tell his co workers , I expected that someone would call my room or knock on my door within the next hour at the most . I did not hear back at all ……this place was recommended by many people as it’s a popular chain , really disappointed and when I told people my experience they were shocked and horrified

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a space heater and warm blankets for those cold nights high up in the mountains of Colca. It honestly was the best hotel breakfast ive had while i stayed in the Arequipa area.The breakfast had a big variety I would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if i ever visit Colca and would recommend it to anyone.
