The room is very clean, well-equipped, and the toiletries are very environmentally friendly. All employees are very friendly, and the breakfast is great. The location is also very convenient and very safe.

1. The hotel and rooms are very clean. 2. The food is very diverse and delicious. 3. The parking lot is quite wide, not crowded and not too tight. 4. The hotel is near shopping malls and banks and many restaurants. 5. The service of all staffs is quite healthy and friendly and smiling.

Had the most amazing experience at Novotel Yangon Max! Rooms were quite comfortable and I must note, I felt very safe staying here for anyone who may be worried about visiting. Staff here truly made my stay in Yangon incredible. Super nice people and I have to shoutout housekeeping as they did a phenomenal job, organizing my toiletries, folding my clothes, they were so great. And then there's the breakfast buffet! It was so good, with such a wide spread of options and I absolutely loved the view of the city from the 5th floor while eating every morning! I 100% would stay here again and highly, highly recommend this hotel.

One of the better hotels in Yangon. There are no noises from the surroundings outside. A lot of free available parking spaces.
