Great hotel on the beach. Pool was fantastic and large. Great location for golf. Room looked onto 2 holes with ocean view. 5 min drive to course. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Would definitely go back again.

The location and the beach is very good, only the hotel is kind of old and many areas has no good air conditioner like the restaurant. The food was very very bad. Not many options. Never comeback

Very poor breakfast and no gym or any entertainment facilities . But this island is nice and peaceful place, the hotel have nice sea views room

How could this been a five star hotel …..I can’t believe it…for really this is a three star hotel and its charge a five star price it’s over priced doesn’t have anything to make me back again no location and low service …

特別滿意，來海陵島旅遊前做各種攻略，又是什麼音又是什麼書的，看酒店介紹又看了評價，訂了這家酒店，前台人特別好，幫我們辦理入住手續，我們不熟悉環境，還給我們介紹周圍好玩好吃的，室內特別乾淨整潔，這麼好的環境，感覺特別划算，附近好吃的地方很多，回味無窮

無意間看到這家酒店，看着酒店挺大裝潢不錯，就抱着試一試的心態過來了。首先，位於海陵島較為核心的地段，交通十分便利，距離沙灘就幾分鐘路程。其次，房間內設施完善，熱水供應十分充足。總之，是一次很棒的旅程呀，工作人員都特別熱情好客，服務不錯哦

再也不會去，體驗感超差，剛進房發現一衹一次性鞋子沒收拾，上個客房留下的。玻璃門把手一衹是壞的，不能關鎖，洗澡洗到一半，不到10分鐘就變冷水了，而且是第一個來洗的，還有兩個人，管家過來説要等等才能洗，第一次聽説洗澡還要再等等再洗，還不如公寓民宿。下午睡覺能聽到隔壁房在陽台説話，其實他們房間之間沒有隔斷，我伸頭望出去可以看到隔壁陽台。最後更吐槽一下的是洗澡房與廁所之間沒有完全隔斷，衹有一扇玻璃，正常是兩扇，可以關閉，水就出不來，所以洗完澡水都跑到廁所，濕噠噠的，而且毛巾衹有一條。這麼差體驗我要求退款，酒店不同意。最後還是攜程退了一半款，後面攜程客服反饋，説不肯退，酒店完全覺得他們服務沒問題，設備沒問題。最後吐槽枕頭吧，跟沒枕一樣，最差的酒店之一。

再一次的來到了保利n+酒店，上次和爸爸媽媽一起來預訂的180大套房，房間喜歡，前廳的服務也非常熱情，清明節和孩子爸和女兒一起來預訂了親子大套房，房間裝修非常有童心，女兒非常喜歡，大到房間佈局，小到洗漱毛巾用品，都給到人一種酒店和服務都非常用心，值得表揚前台服務員，非常熱情，地下停車場免費停車，還加了管家服務的微信，需要補充什麼都非常時效，送來的服務阿姨也好。非常滿意的一個晚上
