Die Hälfte der Zimmer liegt zur Innenseite eines Einkaufszentrums, wo es etwas dunkel und laut ist. Nicht die begehrteste Ansicht. Die andere Hälfte bietet jedoch eine wunderschöne Aussicht – je nachdem, ob Sie dafür bezahlen oder nicht. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und das Bett war bequem. Etwas teuer für das, was es war, aber es war Hauptsaison.

Am nächsten Tag buchte ich nach Gulangyu, also entschied ich mich für dieses Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig, ganz in der Nähe des Kreuzfahrtterminals und in der Fußgängerzone der Zhongshan Road gibt es eine Straße mit Snacks und Geschenken, ähnlich der Xidan Wangfujing in Peking. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich habe erst beim Auschecken erfahren, dass die Getränke im Kühlschrank des Hotels kostenlos sind (ich dachte, es sei eine Gebühr und habe es nicht getrunken)

Lage: Sehr gut (recht neben der Zhongshan Road), auch ziemlich strategische Ursache ist es nahe einer Mall- und U-Bahnstation (Zhenhai Road).
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Tatsache, dass mein Zimmer mit der Zhongshan Road konfrontiert war. Ich fühlte mich ziemlich glücklich, weil ich jeden Morgen und Nacht die Aussicht auf die Zhongshan Road sehen konnte, nur aus meinem Zimmerfenster.
Dienst: Sehr freundlich, vor allem die Reinigung und das Restaurantpersonal. Sie sind so nett zu mir und meinem Vater.
Obwohl es ein kleines Problem in der Kommunikation gab, da ich nicht gut chinesisch sprechen kann, genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt im Ibis Hotel.

Sie können zur Zhongshan-Straße laufen und dort ein Taxi für 10 Minuten zum Pier der Insel Gulangyu nehmen. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Da es plötzlich regnete und ich in Schwierigkeiten war, hat er mir freundlicherweise einen Regenschirm geliehen, was wirklich sehr geholfen hat. Die Duschtür ist undicht und der Boden ist nass. Ansonsten gibt es keine Probleme und es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

前一段時間在東北黑龍江哈爾濱觀雪賞雪後抵達廈門。從廈門地鐵站下來後就直接尋找到該酒店，就是因為這酒店價格優惠實在，故本人果斷提前下單預定好。雖然沒即刻入住，但也已經給本人辦了相關手續後還接著保管行李箱。從而能夠讓本人輕鬆地在廈門鼓浪嶼觀光旅遊。遊玩廈門鼓浪嶼後有點兒累，拿到房卡後洗個澡，在店附近吃了晚飯後，該酒店前台工作人員還會與本人輕鬆聊會兒天，這瞬間讓人感覺疲憊不堪的感覺得到了很好的休整，心情舒暢很多。出門在外必須開心一點。現準備在廣東潮汕地區繼續旅遊。謝謝咯。再會。

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber.
Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣
Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

JJamesAs per my previous review, this hotel is the best Crowne plaza i have stayed at and one of the best hotels i have found in China. Without repeating my previous review, the rooms are new and excellent quality, the facilities perfect and the staff are exceptional - always friendly and amenable. Special mention for the housekeeping staff who seem to work tirelessly. I travel extensively so i can be fussy and sometimes dismissive of the ‘hotel experience’, but this hotel is really exceptional. I will return for sure

GGastnutzerAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

GGuest UserThe first three nights of our stay were very basic and a bit depressing. The air in the room was not very clean which made sleeping in the room very difficult. The breakfast was the standard Chinese style breakfast with a small variety of fruits. The pool had no water and they explained that they will fill it within a day, which ended up being filled days later. The hotel redeemed themselves by meeting our requests after we complained. They changed the room and provided a version of western-styled breakfast which was quite satisfactory. The hotel was located across from the beach which compensated for the lack of a pool. The staff was very polite and responsive. The hotel provides a well-equipped laudry room which is very convenient.

Der Check-in ist sehr einfach, auch das Passwort für den Ein- und Ausgang ist einfach. Das Zimmer ist groß und die sanitären Bedingungen sind gut. Einweghandtücher, Badetücher, Badewannenbezüge, Badeschuhe, Toilettenartikel usw. sind sehr vollständig. Da ist ein großer Kleiderschrank und Kleiderbügel, die Mädchen am meisten lieben. Es hat Wasserdruck. Es ist sehr groß, das audiovisuelle System ist auch sehr gut, VIP-Filme können angesehen werden und es gibt WIFI. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass das Matratze ist eine braune Matratze mit mäßiger Weichheit und Festigkeit, die mir am besten gefällt.
Es liegt direkt bei Shapowei. Es ist sehr praktisch, in der Art Street und mit Blick aufs Meer einzukaufen. Es gibt auch die World Trade Mall. Noch praktischer ist es, wenn eine ganze Familie in einer ganzen Wohnung wohnt!

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

SSarah MarDas Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann und ich waren im siebten Stock und haben den Mitgliedern der Executive-Etage einen Nachmittagstee bereitgestellt ,ruhig und komfortabel. Wir haben den Nachmittagstee wirklich genossen. Wenn ich etwas vorschlagen kann, würde ich dringend empfehlen, den Teppich im Gästezimmer zu wechseln und den Haartrockner zu erneuern.
Der Service an der Rezeption und anderen Mitarbeitern im Marco Polo Hotel ist sehr herzlich und rücksichtsvoll. Der Hotelmanager Vincent hat uns geduldig bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Nachmittagstee im Executive-Gebäude im achten Stock. Obwohl es nicht viele Snacks gibt, genieße ich den Nachmittagstee sehr. Wenn die Hotelzimmer durch neue Teppiche und Haartrockner ersetzt werden können, wird es aufgrund seiner strategischen Lage, ruhig im Trubel und mit Blick auf den See, eines der gehobensten Hotels in Xiamen sein ...

Die Lage des Zimmers ist relativ einfach, es gibt Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank, das Badezimmer ist relativ sauber und der Verkauf ist sehr bequem. Der erste Aufenthalt im Loft ist nicht üblich, jedes Mal, wenn Sie ins Bett gehen, wird geschlagen. Computer ist gut. Spiel Dota 2 ohne Druck.
