Das Frühstück war nicht so gut, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden während des über einwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt.

First time stay at this hotel. location good ,,, room big and clean, the staff was polite. during my stay at room 8018. one incident happened need to expressed i was trap at the bath room almost 20mins. the bath room glass door cannot open by inside due to rusty trail , then i try to call using the emergency phone inside the bath room . it was useless, because the phone spoil , lucky finally i managed to force open it . then i try to use bedroom phone to let the front desk know about the incident . the phone in the room was spoil too. it was so unsafe , because emergency phone is for emergency use , it fail during emergency. with this incident , my feel was hotel housekeeping dept was useless, never do their job , or never checked and maintain all room each day or periodically.

Great Location best for quick shopping since it’s walking distance. There’s a cat who might roam around and outside the hotel lobby. Overall service is ok.

Less than 200m is the big SM mall. Got free upgrade. Room no smoking smell. Decent and clean. Breakfast also good. There isn’t any convenience stall nearby hotel.

第一，進店收按金，目前基本酒店沒有收取按金的，離店之後按金不主動退還，九點半退房，到目前按金沒有退還 第二，辦理入住的時候告知五樓以下有ktv太吵，如果想住高層需要加費用 第三，酒店提供兩把牙刷，掉地上了，想要多餘要一把牙刷需要付費

雙床房床頭插座衹有一個，房間多處發黴，連衣架都是發黴的。吹風機第一次遇見掌心大小，可以坐着吹到天亮。淋浴頭不可調整高度，衹要手拿淋浴頭，支架立馬掉落至龍頭處。浴簾是最差的那種，會貼身上，超級噁心，必須拿水沖並讓它貼在玻璃上才放心去洗。浴巾有污漬，無敵噁心。床單是破的。絕對避雷的酒店！
