Sehr schönes, ruhiges und preiswertes Hotel. 20 Minuten mit dem DiDi in die Innenstadt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war auch gut.

Müllhotel, Müllservice. Der von mir gekaufte Heytea wurde mir an der Rezeption gebracht und ich wurde gebeten, ein Dokument zu unterschreiben. Das Hotel übernimmt keine Verantwortung für eventuell auftretende Lebensmittelsicherheitsprobleme. Ich habe tatsächlich gelacht. Welches dieser Platinum, Intercontinental und Novotel in den nördlichen Vororten ist so dumm wie Sie? Unterschreiben Sie es einfach, wenn Sie das Zimmer buchen? Warum habe ich beim Einchecken nicht den halben Löffel Shushu-Kuchen unterschrieben, den ich mitgebracht habe? Warum fragen Kunden beim Einchecken nicht immer, ob sie draußen gegessen haben? Das Hotel übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Lebensmittelsicherheitsprobleme, die sich aus dem Essen im Freien während Ihres Aufenthalts ergeben. Es ist wirklich ekelhaft, wenn man beim Mitbringen eines Getränks einen besonderen Zettel zum Unterschreiben hat. Warum arbeiten Sie als Sicherheitsbeamter für den Hotelservice, wenn Sie so schlechte Laune haben? Das Serviceniveau dieses Hotels mit nur wenigen Sternen entspricht dem eines Sicherheitsunternehmens, das 2.800 im Monat kostet.

Comfy hotel not far from the centre. It has a nice laundry service, friendly stuff and delicious buffet breakfast. The view could be a little bit better, me and my girlfriend were given a room with a view on a car parking :( but there was a nice activity to write 汉字 and lobby bar. Plus the stuff gave us travel adapters to work on our computer. Super friendly and welcoming. Loved our staying in here.

Marriot's hotel standard is always up there. From the atmosphere to the service to the room and the amenities are all very good ! The only thing for me is the location for this particular hotel, it is slightly far from the city centre. But overall an enjoyable stay !

We had initially planned to stay two nights but due to missing our train, we cancelled the first booking. The hotel was great and processed the cancellation quickly. We then rebooked our stay for one night. The facilities were clean and neat. Spacious room and the most comfortable bed. Will definitely consider booking again on our next visit to Xi'An. Check in and check out was hassle free and the staff were friendly too.

Convenient location. The room was quite nice, comfortable bed, good breakfast and the staff were great. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Convenient near the train station. Although can be a bit far from main touristic attractions.

Clean and great hotel! My family loved it. Not too far from city sightseeings and both train stations!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were both friendly and helpful and would resolve a problem straight away. My room was too cold, so they sent a repairman to fix it. However, the temperature of the room could not be altered. I explained this to the manager, and he moved me to another room, which was greatly improved. Another plus is that the food is fresh, well-presented and at a moderate pricing range. The ambience, cleanliness standard, and cleaning staff are friendly and respectful. The only downside is the location if you are a tourist wanting to visit all the sightseeing attractions. I needed to order tour guides to get transport to the various places, but this proved expensive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient for both business guests and tourists who rely on the expressway system to explore local hotspots. Their service template at the front desk and throughout the entire staff is top-notch; everyone is exceptionally polite and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained to a high standard, which made my stay even more comfortable. The buffet breakfast is nothing short of amazing, offering a delightful blend of continental and Chinese cuisine, along with a wide array of delicious local specialties. My son was particularly impressed with the classic, warm hospitality that this hotel exemplifies. It truly made our stay memorable!

My stay here was amazing! The service was really good. The breakfast times were perfect. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave my bed 🥹. The cleaning lady whoever she was, deserves a hug from me. She even folded my clothes and hung my coats on the rack.
