Leider war mein Zimmer nicht sauber aber es wurde ohne wenn und aber ein neues, sauberes und swhr großes Zimmer angeboten

Hotel an sich gut gelegen und ausgestattet, das Service- Niveau könnte höher sein!!! Frühstück bis 10:00, als wir um 9:00 ankamen, gab es weder Nachspeise noch Reis noch Obst- es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl wir mehrmals darum gebeten hatten. Wir bekamen nur gesagt, dass wir früher kommen sollen…….!! Im Zimmer wurden die benutzten Gläser und Becher weder ausgetauscht noch gewaschen- als ich um neue Gläser bat, sagte mir die Dame vom Reinigungsservice, ich solle die Gläser doch selber abwaschen- solch ein Benehmen darf in einem 4* Hotel wirklich nicht sein!

Room is spacious with a big sofa long enough to be used as single bed if you have 3 adults. Near to famous 王興記 shop for Wuxi well known 包点 (buns). Also near to Grace Bakery as their breads are delicious. Great location with reasonable price. Near to many famous sites and eateries shops especially for breakfast.

Fantastic location, right next to the main shopping mall and train station. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Really nice views (photos attached).

This was my second stay at this hotel, but the first time I made the booking myself. The location remains one of its best features—very convenient, with plenty of malls, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. The rooms, while clean, are quite dark and dated in terms of decor and furnishings. Also, be aware that the hotel requires a deposit upon check-in, which may be something to plan for. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short stay if you value convenience and good service.

This hotel do not have aircon during April… day 1 they say not allowed to open window n provide a fan which the room is still warm. On day 2, when we request to change room, they say can open window but it will be noisy if we need the air… location is good, and nearby to 崇安寺 shopping strip, if you think you can sleep the night without aircon.

Hotel was clean and the family room was a connecting room. Was way bigger than expected. The front desk staff are not the friendliest but they get the job done. It was easy to order ******* to the hotel - robot to send up the food!

In my opinion, the hotel was really great and you get what you paid for. The gym is small but very clean, the staff are really nice, and the breakfast is delicious. It is strategically located outside the train station and a 2km walk away from Nanchang Street. What’s more important is there is no smell of smoke in lift, which left a great impression with me. Overall, very good and will recommend. 不得不说，酒店还是挺不错的。酒店的健身房虽然很小但很干净，酒店的服务员也很友好，早餐挺好吃。酒店的外面就是地铁站，走两公里就能抵达南长街。最重要的是，酒店没有香烟的味道，给我留下深刻的印象。总之挺好的，会介绍！

TBH worst 5 star hotel I've seen the furniture is so old, the bathroom was 0out10 The breakfast one of the worst ever The reception stuff is friendly But I don't like it at all
