Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, der Service ist gut, die Umgebung ist ruhig, das Wohnen ist komfortabel und das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und umfasst chinesisches und westliches Gebäck und Wuhan-Spezialitäten wie heiße trockene Nudeln, heiße Milch und frisch gemahlenen Kaffee. Das Hotel liegt etwa ein paar hundert Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt, etwa 10 Gehminuten. Sie können auch ein Online-Taxi nehmen, um zu reisen. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen und das große Einkaufszentrum Dahuangcheng ist etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt.

一進酒店，就被其獨特的東方美學設計所吸引。大堂空間開闊，以原木色和米白色為主色調；前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續高效快捷。 房間寬敞明亮，房間設施齊全，床品舒適，衞浴乾濕分離，細節之處盡顯品質。特別值得一提的是，房間內還配備了茶具和精選茶葉，在繁忙的旅途中也能靜下心來，感受片刻的寧靜。 酒店還設有健身房、洗衣房等設施；早餐種類豐富，即有地道的武漢特色小吃，也有精緻的西式糕點，為一天的美好旅程開啟能量。

Very friendly staff and excellent service, especially by Emma Shi, a young cheerful frontdesk girl. Thanks. Located in the Optics Valley and convenient for business travellers in this area, but somehow far to the downtown in Wuhan. Walking distance to a shopping and dining area. Clean and nice hotel. Difficult to get a normal taxi, but much easier if you take DiDi cab. Recommended.

元月四日，晚上一場宴會後，獨自走回酒店，突然感到淅瀝的雨滴打落頭頂。原本是等一場大雪，卻等來了一場夜雨。 在走入秋果酒店門口的一剎那，驀地想起門前的桂花樹與烏桕樹。桂花樹依舊青翠，可是沒有了沁人心脾的香氣，誰還注意它們呢。一樹梧桐在路燈的暈黃裏，色彩迷幻而斑斕，我又驚奇，為什麼梧桐葉到這時候還是這樣密。而烏桕樹幾乎全脱光了葉子，就衹剩下輪廓。與外邊的寂寥相比，酒店的前台卻有種擁擠，一羣人圍在前台在check in，前台的先生低頭忙碌着。我看過去，沒有了長期奔波的哪種“人生如逆旅，我亦是行人”的漂泊感，而是“今夜是行人，風雨歸秋果”的安寧。在電梯上，我幾乎要與他們寒暄幾句，可是大家都急迫地分次離開電梯，入住自己的房間了！ 今夜，似乎只有夜雨還不停息。

Very satisfied with a stay, the room is very quiet, all kinds of equipment is good, the hotel staff has a good attitude, especially Alice, helped me a lot, thanks, Cathy and zoie was friendly,too.Nice hotel！

早上11點左右到店，有服務人員會提前致電我，詢問關於房間的喜好。很貼心哦，知道我不喜歡煙味要安靜一點的房間，主動幫我房間做無煙處理和安排高樓層安靜的房間。服務意識很強，在外一直住歡朋，這次來武漢探親，沒選錯地方，早餐的牛肉麪家裡人都説味道很棒，能吃出真材實料的味道，客房服務大姐也很熱情，見面都會主動打招呼,房間的智能窗簾和智能語音都很不錯，設施新穎,還有智能機器人送物。酒店設施設備齊全，四樓的自助洗衣房一鍵清洗和烘乾真的很方便，旁邊就是健身房，可以邊運動邊等待洗衣物時間很不錯，很nice，酒店位置也不錯，出門附近就有小吃，離東湖也不遠適合親子出遊。大堂環境也很明亮，比一般的大一些。離店了，發票忘記開，過幾天聯繫，前台立馬幫忙開，工作效率特別棒，服務也是超一流，下次再來，還會再次選擇這家酒店。

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

Einrichtungen: Die Zimmer sind sehr komplett, es sollte alles geben Gesundheit: Die Gesundheit ist sehr sauber, die Tante ist sehr rechtzeitig, der Service ist sehr gut Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist schön, es gibt einen guten Garten Dienst: Die Service-Einstellung der kleinen Brüderin und Schwester ist sehr stark, die Antwort auf die Frage ist sehr geduldig. Das Hotel ist sehr gut!
