Until around 10 p.m., when we suddenly noticed that a drone was filming us and we couldn't get out of the water for 20 minutes. After this embarrassing situation, we managed to get out of the water and completely lowered the shutters so that we couldn't enjoy the view at all. The next day, we and the other injured players faced the team. She could only laugh dirty and sometimes ignored us, we had to raise our voices. However, this company was not interested at all. And from the conversation with the porter at the reception, it turns out that the problem has been known for over a year. We booked the room just for the bathtub and the view. I couldn't enjoy anything. No refund or anything like that. The company should be ashamed of itself. There is no evidence of such illegal drone activity. No notice in the room, no notice on the website. It is simply absolutely contrary to human dignity and absolutely impossible. We are dealing with a deliberate violation of privacy!! Over 1 year! how many victims there will be! You just have to see where the Drona will land again! audacity!! Never again

The views from the hotel are amazing! The best you can get in the area. However the staff was not helpful at all. The AC in our room was broken, this was during the hottest summer period in Poland. The staff came into the room, took a glance and left, saying they will send someone however nobody ever arrived. There was one small window in the room which makes sense for the 37th floor and that could only open about 10cm. We booked a room with a bathtub by the window. The bathtub couldn't hold the water because the plug was broken. We tried to inform the staff about our AC problem however they said they kept putting us off until everyones shift was over and nobody could help us anymore.
