The hotel is near a mall and central, therefore nearby to many places. Easy to check in and out. Room is reasonable, however the towels do smelled like they were not dried properly and toilet flushing system has noises which may disrupt rest or sleep.

Great central location. Room very comfortable with mini fridge and tea and coffee. It was well located for us as we were able to use local buses for local visit including beaches and left car use for visiting Nowra and Kiama.

Very clean hotel. Centrally located and close to lots of eating places. We had a small room but Room is comfortable and the bed large. Really clean beautiful spacious bathroom with powerful shower. Parking available on streets nearby if unable to get in to hotel car park. Very friendly staff and the coffee at the reception area is amazing.

Positive: This hotel is very close to the city center, providing easy access and a pleasant experience. Negative: The breakfast included in the booking has very limited options, allowing guests to select only one item from the menu. It would be helpful to provide a water dispenser on each floor, as we had to refill our bottles from the reception restaurant, which was not very convenient. even the restaurant/Receptions staff asked us to fill water from washroom Tap

My room on the third floor was nice and compact, with everything I needed for a one night stay, with the car safely parked securely in the basement. A Comfy bed, quality pillows, lovely shower and a great size TV. The management should be commended on their thinking regarding the layout of the rooms, along with the all electronic check in/out system, and very good communication via text /email. The excellent quality breakfast was delicious and I would certainly consider staying at the Totto again.

The room was clean and cozy

Fantastic location. Very good for the price - worth paying the extra for the secure underground parking which allows multiple entries and exits using your room key. Within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants - beach about 3 minute drive. Included breakfast was very good but doesn’t include drinks .. which is fair enough for the price. Room was nothing over the top special but was clean and comfortable. Air con noisy but not a big deal. 10/10 recommend for the price, location & quality.

There should be a plastic bottle of water in the rooms and a disposable toothbrush.

I think the location cannot be stressed enough. The only quibble I have is that the aircon is difficult to adjust from the original bookie

The most modern hotel I have stayed, just next to the shopping centre. Also, love the fancy bar downstairs

Good hotel, next door to the shopping mall which is very convenient. Lobby is very nice n clean and has a restaurant, bar. , staff were kind. Parking at $25 a day. Otherwise parking on the street though paid and 2 hour limits so not worth parking on the street. Shower floor was plastic which was kinda a turn off, otherwise very clean bathroom and nice shampoo and conditioner was good quality too.

I would like to raise some issues regarding our recent booking at Hotel Totto. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the experience was disappointing for the following reasons: 1. The amenities were inadequate— e.g., only one coffee mug for a two-person room and no cutlery was provided. 2. Parking was charged at $25/day, which wasn’t stated clearly on the hotel website and seemed excessive for a 4-star hotel. 3. We booked three rooms, but one was placed on a different floor. Despite requesting cleaning in person, one room was not properly cleaned—only towels were replaced. In another room, towels and the bathroom mat were left on the bed after cleaning. 4. False fire alarms went off twice during the night (midnight and 4:30 a.m.), disrupting our stay. There was no apology or explanation from the staff. 5. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work. We were too tired to request a room change, but this is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. We hope you will address these concerns and provide feedback on how this situation will be resolved.

Very nice experience. Clean room with everything needed. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were all professional and helpful. Overall the hotel is neat and tidy and modern in design. One thing to note is parking inside the building costs extra.

Very clean rooms, very efficient check-in and check-out process. Unbeatable location at the heart of Wollongong. Overall a pleasant stay! Worth it!
