Staff very professional and helpful. Nice hotel with pool next to building. 3 to 4 mn from or for international airport. Supermarkets from 5mn by walk. Good park and river near hotel. Perfect for 1 night with early morning flight.

Impressive lobby. Nice restaurant and bar. Front desk is polite & efficient if somewhat cold and robotic. Rooms are not sound proofed from the outside- stayed on the 4th level in a deluxe room- windows weren't double glazed and seal was poor- traffic & street noise audible and disruptive to sleep. Draft coming in from the poorly sealed windows can be felt. Otherwise the room was reasonably comfortable- bedding was comfy, the usual amenities and large enough TV screen. The bathroom was cramped and small, just functional. Overall, not sure if I will return again given the poor soundproofing of the rooms. The only advantage is its proximity to the international airport terminal. Otherwise just an average stay.

Before i left hotel for lunch I asked the front desk staff (one Indian lady and one Indian man ) at the front desk at 2pm to get my room cleaned . The lady was looking at the computer not having any eye contact and the man give me a glance and continue looking at the same computer screen ( there wasn’t any customers around ) . They were pretty rude , treated me like I am transparent . I came back to the hotel and room wasn’t cleaned . Next morning upon check out I have pre booked the airport transfer at 8.15am , I arrived at the front desk at 8.13am to be told that the shuttle bus ( I have already pre paid $10 upon checking in and reserved a slot for 8.15am but was told that the bus is leaving . Upon arriving at the car poach exactly at 8.15am the shuttle already left without me . This is the rudest hotel I have stayed in . Not recommended as room is very run down even after paying extra upgrading to an executive room . I complained to the hotel manager on duty about the rudeness of the 2 service staff at the front desk I spoke to on the 29 April at 2pm .

Bed was a different level for each side, the shower leaked pressure was terrible even with that most of the water ended up on the floor. other then those 2 things was good, kinda 2 important things.

Clean and well presented hotel with excellent staff who have a professional manner and are obviously well trained in customer service , plus the reception smells amazing!

Very easy to get to and from, even if the cheapest way was by a not so cheap shuttle bus. Plenty of places to eat and relax around for an evening before an early morning flight

Very helpful receptionists! Room was clean and tidy, also incredibly large! Location was easy access to train station with trains going east and into the city. Definitely recommend!

When I am not satisfied with the room，the manager helps me to change another room with a beautiful view.

My wife was admitted to hospital and the hotel wouldn’t cancel the booking.

Friendly service. Needs upgrade very run down. But perfect location for our needs. Menu limited, very expensive. We ordered 4 meals all arrived as advised, but luke warm. $32 for fried rice and not hot disappointing

The hotel is located within minutes from the airport which makes it very convenient for us. Room size was decent but the shower area seem a bit worn out. Not many choices of eateries within 5-10 mins of walking. There is a Woolworths about 15-20 mins of walk and some eateries near there.

Early flight to booked here for the night. Good service. Room was fine

Poor value for money. Room not airy. Toilet bowl stained. Typical Sydney overpricing!
