It was nice staying here like always , breakfast was good , they let me do late check out

Location is easy to walk around. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness and amenities need to be asked for it.

I booked a one bedroom suite but was given a studio room instead…

No major complaints other than the peppery is showing it’s age. Prices are high for the quality of room you receive.

I do love this hotel - they are very accommodating - the one thing only that I would say - because their shower head is too high to even adjust - a handheld would be really nice - I don't think this is a big upgrade and I find most hotels have them. It's not enough of a reason for me not to stay at this hotel I love but sure would make it perfect.

Booked with ******* and didn’t get the requested room. When I complained they changed me in what I asked for, no bed sheets for the kids, no staff to help. I had to sacrifice my time with them at the pool to make their bed. When I expressed my desapointment, the front desk said they can check me out. If was passed 10pm with 2 young kids and 2 dogs a long weekend!! Honestly wouldn’t go there again.

Location was great for activities around it. The pull out beds were a little worn as it is a couch in the room that gets lots of use.

I didn't like hearing the air conditioning unit outside my window - continuously day and night. I paid for an expensive room and it was disappointing to have the noise.

It would be great if the windows in the room opened up even a little to let fresh air in as opposed to running the air conditioning. It was not hot out but the rooms did get stuffy.

I wish they did daily room services just for garbage collecting and every other day bathroom amenities other than that very nice staff and place to stay.

Very good quality for the money. Stove top, dishwasher and fridge made for a good long term stay. Lots of food and decent shopping within walking distance. Would stay here long term again

The rooms are large and comfortable. Hilton always has comfortable beds nice amenities. Employees are friendly and helpful in any way they can. My only complaint would be with a small shower. Newer properties are making showers and baths more of a priority. I always enjoy a nice full hot breakfast each morning that suits my healthy lifestyle choices.
