Location is ok. Front desk staff member was excellent and while being alone working the area while busy was very friendly, helpful and this was much appreciated with an issue I had in the room.

We love staying at the Hampton inn ! We go once a month and the pool and hot tub are so warm! The staff is amazing and Debbie the maintenance lady is so nice!

I had to call the service desk a few times kids just running all threw the hallways and making a bunch of noise even after 9pm

The bed was so uncomfortable, we both woke up with sore necks and backs. There was a lot of noise feom traffiic on huron church, mostly trucks, but otherwise the room was very nice. Check in went smooth and friendly front desk staff.

We arrived at 9:30, tired after a long drive. There was no one working in the hotel - not at reception, not anywhere! We waited half an hour for someone to show up. The poor guy in front of us had been waiting 45 minutes. Just hopeless. So unprofessional. We will never stay here again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The accommodations were clean and in great shape. The washroom in the room was spotless. The pool and gym exercise hours were perfect for my schedule.

Seemed like some sketchy people in the parking lot. rooms were quiet. coffee in the lobby could be better.

Sidewalk was full of ice in arrival, my wife nearly fell. I told person at front desk who insisted he salted. I told him it was unsafe and that my wife nearly fell and he promised to take care of it. I checked out next morning and still no salt on sidewalk leading to parking lot. No coffee or hot water upon arrival. No coffee at breakfast. Floors filthy in the morning throughout main floor lobby. Water damage throughout property. I’ve been going to Hampton Inn for years. Only a few bad experiences in the USA. After this one I will consider another brand.

Clean, comfortable. Reasonable rates. Breakfast is a plus and always appreciate coffee in the lobby.
