It was evident the owners and employees respected each other thus leading to happy employees who showed they cared about providing good service. That lead to cleanliness, and welcoming, organized environment. I trusted the rooms were actually clean, not half-a$$ed because the employees took pride in their jobs and how they performed them. The owners were very apologetic at check-in because checking in took extra time since they had just installed a new computer system required by oversight organizations and they were just learning it that evening. The owners apologized again when I ran into them at breakfast; the extra wait time at check-in was only an extra 10min maybe, so not inconvenient at all, but they cared enough to know those few extra minutes is not their gold standard. I'd stay their again because I saw the employees happy and knew they did their job well because they enjoyed working there.
