We got there at 12:30 pm the girl behind counter BOLDLY said check in isn’t till 3 you will need to come back. Meanwhile waiting in waiting area maids kept goofing around in hallway, on cellphones, going back and forth through hallways. At 2 several maids said goodbye to girl behind desk. I nicely said are their any rooms available yet SHE SAID NO YOU WILL WAIT TILL 3 pm I am not happy at all with the rudeness we received.

好多年的老建築，地毯有一點點味道，假如住二樓的話，帶大箱子會比較累，沒有電梯衹有樓梯。不過酒店提供免費早餐，純美式早餐和整天提供免費咖啡。這是亮點，酒店對面過馬路有漢堡店和超市。個人感覺挺方便，靠近孩子學校（駕車哦）。床大而舒適。

設施：很齊全，附近有很多吃的店，不開車可以走到 環境：很好，咖啡熱水一直有，房間很暖和 服務：有禮貌，服務員有問題去問都及時溝通。房間不是每天來打掃，入住四天，沒有來打掃過，缺了廁紙，直接問他們拿就可以了。 總體還行，適合商務出行，酒店很熱鬧，入住的人很多。每天早餐也很美式。

交通不便利，早餐永遠沒有變化，其他服務也一般，沒有電梯

Hotel itself was good clean/comfortable rooms but somewhat out dated. Pillows need to be replaced. Breakfast was adequate but there was definitely room for improvement in choices and availability of what was offered each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful! Good location.

Truly a terrible experience - I could heard sounds both nights I slept in my room that lasted until 3 to 4 a.m. Not only was someone above me thumping and pounding the walls and floors (something was obviously wrong with them), but people to either side were also easily heard. The paper thin walls do not lead to an enjoyable experience at all. Sadly, there isn't much competition in the area, and maybe this hotel knows it - the price was absolutely nowhere near what I expected in value. The breakfast was dismal, too - too few choices and not particularly delectable at all. I would look elsewhere if getting uninterrupted sleep is meaningful to you.

Paper thin walls. You will hear your neighbors, and if they have leaden heels, like the neighbor above me, or enjoy coming in drunk and giggling at 11 pm like the neighbors to my left, or bang furniture and doors like the neighbors on my right, you'll be sleeping when your neighbors decide you will, which was practically never both days I stayed at this terribly insulated hotel. Hope you like luke-warm hotdogs for breakfast and mealy grits and watery eggs. Will never return.

We booked a block of rooms at the best Western for my daughter’s wedding. Matt was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to continue the party in the lobby after the wedding! I would like to give this hotel five stars however I have two complaints 1) the pillows were awful! 2) we told our guests to call the hotel to make a reservation. Unfortunately, a few guests decided to not heed our advice and used a third-party for booking. On the day of their arrival, they were told that their reservations were canceled because of water problems. Rumor has it that they did not have water problems at all, but were overbooked and canceled those third-party reservations. I was not happy!!!

The hotel is dated on the outside but the room was very clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. No elevators in case you need them.

From check in to check out a great experience! Room was spacious, clean and the A/C was finely tuned!! Breakfast was hot, abundant and delicious! Did not get to use the pool but it was clean and inviting! All of the staff were friendly and helpful ! Will definitely stay next family visit!
