Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, schnelle Fahrt zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Service war anständig, das Personal schickte SMS und checkte während unseres Aufenthalts ein, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Neben der Lage war mein Hauptgrund für die Wahl dieses Hotels die Annehmlichkeiten. Bei der Ankunft stellten wir jedoch fest, dass der Whirlpool zusammen mit der Feuerstelle kaputt war. Da der Whirlpool ausgefallen war, wollte ich mein Zimmer um einen Whirlpool erweitern, der abgelehnt wurde. Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, eine Unterkunft zu haben, aber für den Preis und den schlechten Service zu meinem Geburtstag ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ich wieder in Cambria bleibe, sehr gering.

Decided to spend the night last minute after driving 1.5 hours to north Olmsted to buy a car. This was the only well rated hotel pet friendly nearby. Plus we normally stay at Hilton properties anyways. First off $164 AAA rate seemed high. Second shortly after getting into the room we notice sweaty yellowed pillows and streaks of something running down the wall beside the bed. We went to front desk and told them. Maintenance comes checks it out and says it's verified you guys didn't make the mess and cleaning should have done a better job. NO one offered to move our room, made us sleep in the dirty room. Did not offer compensation. We check out the next morning and complain about the problem and the fact no one offered a compensation or change of room and there were more rooms. The front desk on duty said ”there was nothing they could do and the manager wouldn't be in for 2 days” No manager for days is only part of the problem!!

My rating is based mainly on the hospitality of the staff. So when reading this keep that in mind. I decided to stay here before my trip to Punta Cana and while it does need some tender loving care the staff went above and beyond to try their hardest and accommodate with what they had. My first room had a Heating and Air conditioner that's when the fan started up sounded like the prop of a aircraft starting to turn. ( Hear the video below) As you can image sleeping that night was a little tough because even with turning it completely off it still had a protection mode where it would turn it self on and make the sound every 10 minutes. This rooms TV the sound was also muffled so I think the speaker was messed up. On the plus side the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the WIFI was incredible so good I was able to even use my VR while in the Hotel while is pretty rare. While all this was going on they did have a fire alarm go off but it was handled in a very professional manner and it was due to the heated pool and how cold outside it was. There was no fire just a fluke that the sensor falsely detected it so they were working on that today when I left. I spoke with Lisa at the front desk about the Heater sound issue and we tried to put me in a few other rooms but they all had some issues too one had a broken wheel to the desk table so it just fell and another didn't have the best wifi. I asked to just have the Heat/Ac disabled and I would try to work in the room without it. They did that and even offered me a space heater. This by the way is above and beyond for a hotel!!! After a bit I took Lisa up on this offer and eventually I got too cold and decided I should probably change rooms she found another one right next door it appeared everything looked great so I moved it wasn't till the morning I found out the shower door was misaligned so when you close it, it just opens on it owns kinda annoying but I know after letting them know about all of this I am confident these issues will be resolved next time. You can fix all this stuff you can't fix staff and their staff in my opinion are rock solid and I would stay there again for that reason alone. Breakfast I thought was really good too they have these Quiche's that they get from Gordon foods that are so yummy and they switch out the meat, have a waffle station along with multiple drink options and fruit. (see pics of this) The restaurant next door (I will do a separate review on) but they are also pretty amazing and if you stay here and eat there they give you a 15% discount so keep that in mind! Tips to the management to make this a great property: Fitness Room: Add Treadmill, Make filtered water colder Room 124: Fix shower door alignment Room 125: Fix desk wheel on table leg or fully replace Room 126: Fully replace HVAC with newer unit, replace TV In all rooms I would check for stained curtains and make sure you have mattress protectors LIsa needs a raise for the level of profes

Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr freundliches Personal mit geräumigen gemeinsamen Räumen und Zimmern. Der Orbit bleibt wahr zu seinem Namen, spielen auf dem Thema, mit Farben, Wandbeschichtungen und Ernennungen erinnert an die frühen 60er Jahre, als es 7 Astronauten, ein Mercury-Programm und eine neue Organisation namens NASA. Es befindet sich im Schatten des NASA Glenn Research Center und über die Straße vom Internationalen Flughafen Cleveland Hopkins. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Mini-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, K-Cup-Kaffeehersteller und ein schönes großes Badezimmer. Die Frühstücksbar war gut ausgestattet mit etwas für alle, um einen automatischen Pancake-Maker direkt aus dem Jetson's zu beinhalten! Ich werde zurück sein.

Die Zimmer sind im klassischen Stil gestaltet, das Frühstück ist gut, die Kellner sind humorvoll, nah an großen Supermärkten und vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, es gibt leckere Steaks, und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.

We were disappointed with Homewood Suites this time around. I noticed a pumped in fragrance as we got off the elevator. I never noticed that before. To me, that’s indicative of attempting to hide unpleasant odors. We had a 2 Queen suite. Separate bedroom. I thought the room had a faint smell of urine to it. They do allow pets in this hotel. The furniture looked a bit old and stained. Same in the 1 bedroom King suite we had. All the beds had some odd linens. The sheets and covers did not seem adequate or wide enough for the beds. My sons’ beds were a tangled mess by the time they got up in the morning. My husband I weren’t comfortable in the king bed and it’s crazy covers. Also in the king bedroom, the A/C/heating unit was blowing right on the bed. They are only inches apart. We shut it off because it was so annoying. The ceiling fan helped for air circulation. We did not sleep well, unfortunately. Breakfast was ok.

Wollte einen 5 Star geben....aber... sehr freundliches Team, Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel...Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und schmecklich. Reaktionsfähig, sicherer Shuttle nach CLE, nur wenige Minuten Weg. Das Holiday InnExpress wurde wirklich als ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt gefunden....aber, nicht in der Lage, eine heiße Dusche zu bekommen. Es wurde empfohlen, dass die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Jet-Tuben und Duschewasser in der Nähe des Zentrums einstellen müssen, wird empfohlen, das ganze Hotel renoviert werden. Keine freundlichen Wasserflaschen. Die Erwartungen als InterContinental Ambassador waren hoch.... sie kamen näher.

Meine Frau und ich blieben bei der Home 2 Suites von Hilton in Middleburgh, Ohio für eine Hochzeit. Wir waren dort vier Nächte im August und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und die Zimmer waren sauber und sorgfältig. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen ein komplimentäres Frühstück mit einer breiten Auswahl an Waffeln, Eiern, Getreide, Saften, Kaffee und Tee. Es gab auch einen schönen Fitnessraum und einen Innenpool.

Der Vordertisch-Beamte war wunderschön. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Fitnessraum war wunderschön und das Frühstück war wunderschön. Nur die Beschwerde ist, der Pool war wirklich kalt.
