Dies war eine letzte Minute-Reise aus unerwarteten Gründen. Das Personal ist immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir beantragen in der Regel ein bestimmtes Zimmer und wenn es verfügbar, bieten sie es immer. Wenn das Zimmer nicht verfügbar, bieten sie für uns eine ähnliche. Sie werden die Lage des Hotels nicht besiegen. Sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen, in der Spazierweiterung.

The check in process was not a good experience. When we arrived to the hotel the person at the front desk said we had two bookings. I kept telling the person we only booked for one room and I showed him on the app that we only had one booking for a king bed and sofa bed. So we get all that settled and go up to the room and we have a king bed and no sofa bed and it was a handicap accessible which I did not state I wanted. So we go downstairs and tell the guy and he gets the room changed. The worst part of this is they charged my credit card again this time 540 dollars and I had already been charged 340. So when I was checking out they only give me the bill for 340 and they said they did not see where the 540 dollars was taken out. So on ny bank account I showed where they had taken both charges out. They told me I would have to talk to a manager on monday. This is very frustrating and a inconvience. Secondly, the room had a mildew smell to it. The room was clean and the people were accomodating when we needed more towels.

Hampton Inn Westlake bietet Ihnen ein sehr schönes Zimmer zu einem anständigen, fairen Preis. Einchecken war ein Brise und sie hatten sowohl Cookies als auch Popcorn im Lobby am Abend. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, Bett und Bettwäsche waren komfortabel, obwohl es nur zwei Handtücher im Badezimmer. Fernseher funktionierte großartig wie das Internet. Zimmer war sauber. Die Grundfläche war unter Bau, aber wir haben keine Baufragen auf dem Lobbyboden oder im vierten Stock, wo unser Zimmer liegt, bemerkt. Hinweis: Der Hotel-Vorzeige-Gesellschaftsmitarbeiter hat nicht die Zimmerpräferenz oder die Lage reuest gewürdigt, aber das war eine kleine Sache. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Bob Evans mit einem Wendy's neben ihm und es gibt einen riesigen Einkaufszentrum/Typ-Bereich auf der anderen Seite des Kreuzes, das etwas zu tun und viele Orte zu essen ohne zu fahren bieten würde jeder weiter. Hotel war leicht zu finden I90. Das Frühstück war gut mit einiger anständiger Variante, aber es bot nicht so viele Wahlen wie andere Hamptons, die ich im Bereich geblieben habe. Noch gut, heiß und füllen. Wir haben nicht Pool oder Übungsraum verwendet, da wir zu spät gecheckt und früh verlassen, aber ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv einem Freund empfehlen und ich würde wieder bleiben, wenn wir in der Gegend.

Very nice place.  Breakfast is great and staffs are friendly and family like.  We miss our home but made us closer to home.  This place is very convenient and quiet for us undergoing medical treatment here in  Avon Ohio.

Red Roof Westlake is ideally located close to the freeway and a gas station! Upon arrival, I was served by the AM (whose name escapes me). She was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. The first room I was given on the ground floor had a stain on one pillow and the bathtub had a large chunk chipped on the inner corner. There was also something brown - possibly rust - at the bottom of the tub. The bottom sheet on the bed also had a stain on it. I had to go back to the lobby and ask for another room. That went swimmingly. The next room, on the first floor, was an improvement: no stains on the bed or unattended marks in the bathtub. It was actually rather cozy. Unfortunately, the floor was not was not very clean. It appeared to be unvacuumed and unmopped. I knew someone had serviced the room as my trash had been emptied on day two. Nothing else had been touched by a vacuum or mop. The company needs to put more resources into this location. The rooms need updating and the walls in some rooms need fixing (lots of holes in the wall of my first room). I have no doubt that the cleaning staff do their best with the resources that have. I will return to this location despite a poor experience on this occasion. I hope the company takes note of comments and acts on them. Please value your staff and give them the tools they need to do the job they want to do.

Well where to start, the rooms weren't very clean; the table tops and night stands haven't been acutally cleaned in quite some time. There were sticky stains; spills still left on them. Dresser drawers haven't been dusted in quite a while. Bathroom sink is clogged. Mini kitchen counters were okay. As for the breakfast, what a joke. Granola bars that have been there for who knows how long, same with the muffins. Coffee, ok if you like it black; creamers were nothing but french vanilla; and hazel nut. Yuck. Not my flavors. I guess you get what you pay for, next time, I'll spend more to get a better stay.

Nice place to stay for the night. Stopped here on our road trip… located in safe office park area off highway. Patio area off lobby if you want to sit outside. Lots of seating in lobby for breakfast which is fine. They have a huge indoor pool & hot tub AND a splash pad area for the kids. Busy spot. Room was clean & comfortable. Towels are tiny. We had to ask for more as there were 2 in our room for 4.

Sie sind alle gut, der Service ist gut und der Shuttle ist sehr praktisch. Halten Sie sich warm und holen Sie mich bei der Autovermietung ab, um mich im Hotel abzuholen. Die Rezeption hat mir bei vielen Problemen geholfen.
