Property is located within walking distance from the TRAX train station. The outside was clean and hotel is easy to get to . The room was very roomy and clean with a big bathroom. Bed and pillows provided a great night of sleep. The real reason for my rating is the customer service which was outstanding. I was checked in by Madeleine who was very courteous and professional. She has a wonderful personality and answered all my questions. She recognized my Hilton Honors status and invited me to the hotel’s parent company’s birthday celebration they were having at the hotel. Just a joy to be greeted by her. I found that the shuttle bus drivers were equally helpful and friendly. Even though the property is a little dated, it was the customer service that really stood out and made my stay enjoyable…especially the friendly smile from Madeleine. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir wussten nicht, wo wir sitzen oder unser Essen absetzen können. Wir schlossen uns wieder in unserem Zimmer, um zu essen zu beenden. Der Service war gut. Alle anderen konnten sich anmelden, aber wir mussten 40+ warten, um unser Zimmer zu bekommen, obwohl wir zuerst waren. Wenn Sie zum Pool kommen... sparen Sie sich Geld und gehen irgendwo schöner.

Diese Lage fehlt in Gastfreundschaft, Service und Professionalität. Heimloses Schlaf in Parkplatz, Lärm gestoppt um 2:20 Uhr, wieder um 4:11 Uhr. Hundehaar und Flecken schmutzig auf weißen befestigten Blättern, Snickers Bar sehr alt und Pfeffergrau, keine Mikrowelle, Eigentümer/Manager will Bar über Kreditkarte, er ist mehr besorgt über Geld zu machen, statt Qualität Kundenservice und Pflege. Überprüfen Sie es, bevor Sie hier bleiben.Glückliche Reisen alle.

This Comfort Inn is very convenient to the freeway. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My room (#310) on the third floor was actually right behind the trees in the front of the hotel in the photo they use. The trees made it very private and in the evening a bunch of birds flew in to roost there overnight! The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is showing some signs of wear but not too bad. One thing I did not like was that the coffee maker is right next to the sink on the bathroom counter so doesn't leave much room for your toiletries, etc. They should move it to another location. The breakfast wasn't that great but okay. They did offer waffles, pre-made scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels and muffins. There aren't enough places to sit and eat breakfast though and they don't want you to take food out of the lobby area. The women behind the desk were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if on a budget.

Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über dieses Hotel sagen. Wir waren auf dem Weg nach Salt Lake City und meine Mutter fiel und brach ihren Hals am Flughafen. Das Krankenhaus empfahl dieses Hotel, weil es nahe dem Krankenhaus war und sie einen medizinischen Rabatt gaben. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut. Es war viel schöner als ein anderes Hotel, das wir in Salt Lake City früher geblieben hatten. Ich empfehle das sehr jedem, der aus irgendeinem Grund in Salt Lake City übernachtet.

Customer service was top notch. Shoutout to Starr for helping us with literally everything that we needed. Such a huge asset to this company. Love our stay. Clean comfortable and easily accessible to target, the liquor store, a pub etc etc.

Stayed for 2 nights with multiple rooms and family, including kids. We made reservations last-minute, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in quickly and easily. Staff were all masked (most guests were not). Kids used the pool; it was clean and warm, if a bit small, so can get pretty crowded. The breakfast has cold and hot options, waffles and fresh fruit and good coffee. Our room was large and very clean. Two queen beds, a large sofa in a separate sitting area, lots of little storage nooks, and lots of area for unpacking and spreading out. Bathroom is REALLY big and clean. Has a sliding frosted glass door, so lets a little light bleed through at night. Lots of regular and USB outlets. Reading lights on the beds. One small complaint is that our TV was in the sitting area, so difficult to see from the farther bed. Not sure if all rooms are set up like that. Comfortable temperature, good water pressure. Beds are super comfy. Sofa easily big enough to sleep a teenager. Not much noise from other guests even though we were across from the elevator. Our 2nd floor room overlooked the shopping center (it was either that or the freeway), but the windows and blinds blocked most light and noise. Lots of free parking. If it wasn’t a pandemic we’d have enjoyed having a movie theater and bowling alley just steps away. Easy access from the freeway. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Nice to have everything new and clean and modern. Highly recommend.
