Room Condition: Chair fabric was heavily stained. Table top was damaged and had cigarette burn marks. The kitchenette countertop was stained and not properly cleaned. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. Floor towel was old, rough, and in poor condition. Bath towels were also worn out and discolored. Cleanliness: Carpet along the walkway was dirty and stained. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast food quality was below expectations. No staff assisted us with seating or table arrangement. Cutlery was set improperly, and the dining area was not very clean. Overall Impression: The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality did not meet the property’s expected standard. We hope the management can improve housekeeping standards, replace worn-out linens and towels, maintain non-smoking rooms properly, and enhance the breakfast service experience.

This was my first time staying with Harris Suites. To start with, getting there was a breeze from the Airport, it was just a highway away. It's located close to the highway so it was a quick 30-minute ride. Checking in was also effortless as the customer service was helpful and friendly. I was give a room on the 2nd floor, not too bad considering not having to wait for the lift for too long. Of course i preferred a higher floor so that i could get a better view but that's OK. Room was clean and cozy, great for solo travellers. I have enjoyed my stay throughout, i managed to grab a quick breakfast on my 2nd day, it wasn't too crowded and the food selection is OK - nothing fancy, it's typical hotel breakfast that you would expect in SEA. On the final day, i could not have my breakfast as it was too crowded so i checked out early. Again, no hold-up during check-out, it was swift. i would surely come back again given its price point and its location.

Location near Puri Indah Mall and Lippo Mall Puri. It was a comfortable two bedroom apartment but space are tights so beware of your luggages.

Overall a good stay, but the parking system needs improvement. I had to wait at the exit because the free parking wasn't recognized. While the staff fixed it eventually, it was a bit embarrassing and inconvenient for the drivers queuing behind me.

All good for the 3 nights we stayed... but suddenly on the second-last day we didn't get replacement toothbrushes, and the dust bin was not cleaned up.

I checked in late and was upgraded to a two-room suite, which I did not request or prefer. The sliding door to the toilet was not functioning properly. Worse still, there were loud noises coming from above our room in the middle of the night, which significantly disrupted my rest. The location is quite inconvenient, and the room was not as clean as I would have expected. I was informed that the other twin-bed room within the suite was locked; however, this was not the case. I had to close it manually. Upon unpacking, the TV turned on unexpectedly, which was quite alarming. I questioned the receptionist about why the room was not locked as advised and why the TV was already on. I was told that inserting the key card would automatically turn on the TV, but this raised another concern—why did the TV in the other room turn on instead of the one in my own room? Overall, this was a poor experience and I would not choose to return. The only positive aspect was that the service staff were friendly; aside from that, there is nothing that would warrant a revisit.
