Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfreich. Kostenlose Kaffee und Tee am Morgen. Eine Menge Leute haben nicht versucht, wirklich zu helfen, wenn ich Fragen über die Stadt gestellt, wie zum Bus zu nehmen. Rein, aber kleines Fitnesscenter. Insgesamt würden wir zurückgehen!

Ich habe in anderen Orten vor dem Days Inn geblieben, und ich muss zugeben, dass ich auch skeptisch war, aber ich ging voraus, für zwei Nächte zu buchen. Ich muss sagen, dass dieser Days Inn nichts wie das andere ist, das ich geblieben habe. Ich war angenehmen überrascht. Das Front-Desk-Personal war freundlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, im Gegensatz zu den Bewertungen anderer Gäste. Sie servierten auch Frühstück, obwohl ich beide Tages Frühstück verpasst habe. (Andere Tage Inn verkaufte Frühstück, aber sie servierten sie nie). Insgesamt ist ein guter Aufenthalt. Bereit zu haben, eine Sicherheitsleistung von $50 bereit, die bei der Abfertigung zurückerstattet wird (T&C gilt für Cos). Bitte halten Sie die gute Arbeit!

Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!

Kale / PJ ist das Beste! Einchecken war einfach, er weiß, wie die Regeln zitieren! Er weiß alles, was im Frühstück enthalten ist! Die Orte, an denen er es zu essen empfiehlt, waren die besten! Die Zimmer waren absolut wunderbar. Die Hausaufsicht hielt die Zimmer sauber.

Das Hotel erfüllt die Erwartungen, Hauspflege ist das, was das Hotel macht. Sie sind ohne Versagen immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, & haben keine Vorlieben, um wen sie passen. Sie scheinen alle auf der gleichen Seite zu sein wie in dem, was getan werden muss. Das Front Desk ist sehr hilfreich, freundlich und freundlich. Der einzige schlechte Teil ist das Hotel ist tierfreundlich für das ganze Hotel. Ich wäre beeindruckt oder gerne gewesen, wenn es mindestens eine Etage für Leute wie mich nicht tierfreundlich wären.

We stayed at this property for 1 night on our way home from NY. It's in a convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Our room was the standard Homewood suite. It was clean and well maintained. We did notice some noise from BWI Airport. The fitness center was larger than normal for Homewood and was pretty well equipped. The breakfast was pretty good and items were replenished promptly. We'd stay again.

Ned is an amazing asset to Hilton. Ned went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A coworker and I sat at the long business table to finish up our workday, Ned made sure to check on us several times and even brought food and drinks to us, even though we were not in the restaurant/ bar area. We were able to relax while we we finished our workday. Ps. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich is AMAZING! Make sure you order one, you won’t regret it.

Nice hotel and in a great location. Very convenient to local restaurants and attractions. The staff was very accommodating and treated me like family. The cleanliness was top tier. definitely will be returning when I come back in town. I would highly recommend staying at this location when you are in town.
