If you have plan to visit Yandangshan mountain (the main attraction of Wenzhou) then I would recommend this hotel. The train station is just 5mins walking distance. The location is very good. Many shopping malls, restaurants, McDonald's are within the reach. The room is spacious and the view from the room and the hotel restaurant is stunning. Good breakfast with very reasonable price. Staffs are polite and efficient. There is a restaurant (Mr. Ou) on the 10th floor. Don't forget to try their cuisine and drinks.

Walking really 5 minutes from station is perfect position if late arrival or early departure.
