We are located on a quiet residential street in the lively Adams Morgan neighborhood, a multicultural entertainment district home to more than 100 of DC's most popular shops, restaurants, and music clubs. Our inn is within walking distance of the National Zoo, two Metro subway train stations (Woodley Park-Adams Morgan on the Red line, and Columbia Heights on the Green/Yellow lines), and the Circulator bus stops. Adam's Inn has been a bed & breakfast inn for over 25 years. Our inn spans 3 historic row houses, each over 100 years old. Our backyard garden is a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. We have 27 unique air-conditioned guest rooms to fit your needs and budget - 16 with private bathroom, 11 with in-room washbasin and shared bathroom in hall, 1 studio apartment with a full kitchen, and pet-friendly rooms. Our cozy common areas are relaxed and comfortable to make you feel at home.

Continental breakfast is served daily in our main breakfast room, and includes a wide variety of bagels, English muffins, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cheese, coffee, tea and juice. Gluten free options are also available.
