Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station Bewertungen

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in in my thirty five years of travelling that close the hotel bar at 10pm without informing the customers. We were told the buffet closed at 9.30pm but it shut down at at 9pm. We have driven non stop for two days to deliver aid to Ukraine 🇺🇦 and to get back to the hotel to say that we can only have one beer. “If you want another call an Uber”…. This bar closes at 10pm. Room service non exists at. This at a four star hotel but it’s being run by a one star management team. Never been made to feel more unwelcome than this hotel. Worst Mercure hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we come back again at the end of the month we will look for a more hospitable hotel to stay in. I’d never stay here again. I await the managers comments!
