Great place, friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet sowie die ganze Unterkunft 😊 Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker gewesen und es gab genügend Auswahl. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge (Katamaran-Tour, Kayaking und Sandwich Habour)

We had a wonderful stay at The Rez Guesthouse. The decor throughout the guesthouse is marvelous. The rooms were spacious and we slept soundly for the 3 nights. Breakfast is amazing, with a variety of selection and we enjoyed the omelette each morning. The staff were wonderful and friendly to converse. The lagoon with the flamingos was a couple minutes away.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay here! The rooms are spacious with large, comfy beds. The rooms were very clean with good quality towels and bedding. Nice hot shower with good pressure. The staff were all super friendly and Malani was super helpful and tried to make our stay extra special as it was our honeymoon. They also have a security guard monitoring the parking lot where our car was parked but at no point did we ever feel unsafe in the area. The breakfast was also decent and they had a wide selection of options. Overall I'd recommend this place!

I spent a night at The Rez Guesthouse, and it was absolutely lovely! It’s a beautiful spot right in the heart of Walvis Bay—stylish, super comfortable, and really well set up. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Next time I’m in Walvis, I’ll definitely be staying there again!

We stayed there 24-28 Dec 2024, in the double room. The room and the guesthouse's decor and the bed are outstanding and of high quality. The service is excellent, and the 2 Hosts, Melani and Anel just go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable. It feels like your home away from home. The breakfast was delicious, and the bonus was the coffee machine that was available 24 hours.

everything was really great, great location, price was low for the service, breakfast was superb and the decoration is really nice. would recommend without hesitation.

The place is realy beautiful and warm, we feel like at home and the people were very kind to us. They had an excellent breakfast. The localisation was perfect, close from pélican point and Sandwich Harbour. We really appreciated the realy nice attention of the hotel hor our honeymoon. Thank you so much.

I was a bit skeptical on visiting Walvis Bay on my own for the business trip and wasn't sure where to stay. I came across this GEM of a place in Walvis Bay! The lady at the guesthouse, Malani, were so welcoming and a superb hostess. Overall stay, rooms and breakfast were really amazing! Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will visit them again on my next business trip!

All the rooms are slightly different from each other and very cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The public areas are also a absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is nothing more one could ask for.

The Rez guesthouse is very cosy and comfortable. Perfect, central and quiet location. But the real value added is the team. Jade & team make our holiday just amazing and perfect. Without them, it would not been that fantastic

An easy walk to the bay, this lovely guesthouse was our place for two nights while in Walvis. Carla, (I believe is her name, forgive me if wrong!) was a super professional front desk welcomer (possibly the owner?) and very helpful when needed. It's a well run establishment due to her vigilance. Everything is clear. Parking easy. I enjoyed running the 5K around Walvis Bay while my more adventurous partner went on a 4x4 Sandwich Bay excursion. There is a big mall nearby (if you have a vehicle) that will provide all things you might want from a grocery store, and more. When our flight was changed, and my phone didn't work well, I was able to use the house phone! Yay. That was an enormous relief. Sidenote: My husband became slightly ill before our departure flight, and he and I just chilled in the beautiful living area. I read all the books there (now I know many more tidbits about habitats in Namibia) while he was able to stretch out on the sofa. The staff brought him a blanket. How much that meant! Thank you everyone at The Rez!

Excellent opportunitiy to rest in an extraordinary guesthouse close to the coast line in Walvis Bay. The interior of room and living room well selected and decorated. Very helpful support of all staff members and management.
