Hotels in der Nähe von Heritage Church International, Waldorf

Meine Verlobte und ich blieb hier am 14. Juli 2022 für eine Nacht. Das Hotel war beschäftigt, weil ich nur zwei Parkplätze gefunden habe. Wir fertig buchen und nach Mitternacht checken. Leonard war sehr nett und half uns zu Check-in. Unser Zimmer war ein Standard-Hilton-Zimmer. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Spaziergang in der Dusche, aber der Duscheboden sah schmutzig aus. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück war verfügbar, aber wir nahmen nicht teil. Ich habe insgesamt $248.65 für eine Nacht bezahlt. Ich dachte wirklich, es war so viel wert. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, aber nicht für diesen Preis.

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

We stayed 3 nights whilst attending a wedding celebration in Alexandria. The hotel provided an excellent base for exploring the area, with the location a good compromise between the old town and the metro link. Check-in was fast and efficient, with Pam providing a warm welcome and allowing entry to the rooms 3 hours before check-in. The three suites in our group were very well appointed, clean and the AC worked well. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast offering and the on-site shop for basics. We would definitely return.

Ich machte meine Reservierungen online über die Choice Website und der Eincheckung war schnell und einfach. Einmal in meinem Zimmer fand ich es sauber und das Bett komfortabel und gut verrückt. Das Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war eines der kleinsten, die ich mit dieser Kette getroffen habe. Das Zimmer insgesamt, wie ich traurig war, war sauber, aber es begann, es zu zeigen, dass es alt war. Es war vorne die Deckung meiner HVAC-Einheit leer und ruhig laut, aber nach einer kleinen Arbeit konnte ich es sichern, um den Lärm zu stoppen. Das Frühstücksgebiet verfügt über die üblichen Waffeln, Eier, Fleisch, Obst, Joghurt, Getreide, Saft und Kaffee. Das Frühstücksgebiet kann sehr bevölkert werden, aber zum größten Teil hält der Betreuer es sauber und gut gelagert. Dieses Hotel verfügt über einen kostenfreien Shuttle zum Bahnhof Franconia-Springfield, nur wenige Meilen entfernt. Mit kostenfreiem Parken im Hotel ist dieser Shuttle eine sehr schöne Funktion, die wir mehrere Male während unseres Aufenthalts zugute gekommen. Als wir zurück zum Metro Station, riefen wir einfach das Hotel für eine Pickup und in etwa 10 Minuten kam unser Shuttle. Überall war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und ich werde hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich in der D.C. /NOVA-Zone bin.

Das Hotelpersonal war nicht nur professionell, sondern sehr, sehr nett. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und sie hatten kein Problem mit zusätzlichen Fragen. Ich brauchte eine Vase für Blumen, die ich erhalten habe, und bin auf meine Wahl zwischen zwei verschiedenen zurückgekommen. Von der Rezeption bis zum Parkservice (die außergewöhnlich waren) war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden. Ich liebe Trip.com!

Die Gesamterfahrung war großartig. Der Grund, warum ich 4 statt 5 Sterne vergeben habe, lag am Thermostat und der Härte der Matratze (persönliche Meinung). Ich kam während eines schrecklichen Eis- / Schneesturms hoch.. und der Thermostat schien die Temperaturen nach oben und unten zu halten. Ich habe 30 Minuten gebraucht, um die Temperatur weiter anzupassen... bis ich aufgab. Die Belüftung in meinem Zimmer war auch nicht die Beste. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu hart, aber die Laken waren wahnsinnig bequem! 10/10 Sauberkeit und die Dusche im Bad war nicht von dieser Welt? Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm angesichts meiner Frustration über das Thermostat.
