This lovely place was a pleasure to stay at. Home away from home, we had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Breakfast was provided. Home made stewed fruit to go with an array of cereals, freshly made jam for croissants and toast, fresh butter, fresh milk, and plenty of choice for a variety of drinks. The bed was comfortable. Clean linen....lovely! If we got short on supplies the owners Sandy and Ray were there to replenish. What lovely hosts. There in the background , but there when we needed them. Highly recommend this 10 out of 10 accommodation. We definitely were not disappointed. Thank you Sandy and Ray!

We stayed overnight so we could attend a party in Waikanae. There are two clean comfortable units with bathrooms and basic cooking facilities. We stayed in winter but theres a lovely courtyard for summer visitors. Perfect for two couples.

We have family in the Waikanae area and this was a perfect location to visit them from. Brilliant accommodation. Peaceful, quiet and spotlessly clean and tidy with breakfast provided. Everything you could want.
