First of all i thanks to make my trip for arranged me the homey suites. Service is very good. Bathroom very neat & clean. Ac is best. During 2 days staying my family feel very comfortable. Thans make my trip & homey suites.

We had the pleasure of booking a one-night stay at the magnificent gandiraju palace and convention center, which truly resembles a royal palace! we were blown away by the stunning architecture and exceptional service. The front desk staff, zandeer and geeta, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite our late arrival from araku due to a delayed train, zandeer assisted us with transportation and food arrangements at midnight, putting our worries to rest. The next day, geeta helped us extend our stay for a few hours and even guided us on a local tour. We're thrilled to have chosen this hotel and can't wait to visit again! the hospitality and warmth displayed by the staff were exceptional. Keep up the fantastic work!

Room location everything was beyond expectations to place like visakhapatnam where you can’t expect these kind of hotel services. I was glad that i got this room in decent price. Hotel can improve much better and improve their room amenities quality. As for tv i found only free channels and for wi-fi connectivity they could improve its strength and speed. As four wheeler owner i face hit difficulty and rude behaviour from parking lot staff related to parking but i avoided it. For improvement they can also improve their restaurant menu as most of the items were not readily available and hotel does not allow online food delivery all the time even though they mentioned but in reality they allow only after 11pm to 7am which makes customer restricted to their menu only. If i m craving something which is not into their menu or available to cook then i have to walk out of hotel premises to approach nearby food outlets. As traveller i find this very restricting and not appealing. And the last room amenity mini fridge was not working but that i take it no issue since i was not using it all the time anyway. But as customer i believe amenities given in room and at hotel should be at least fully functional irrespective customer using it or not.

The 2nd part of my business trip to India was to Visakhapatnam. Although the airport pick-up did not work out as planned and despite some initial confusion, the staff members took great care of me. I got a perfect room and there was one young gentlemen in particular who went out of his way to help me. He really went the extra mile to make sure that I forgot about the airport pick-up experience (which my colleague who was not affected took way more seriously than I did). The food in the hotel is amazing and I was glad to be able to order room service in the middle of the night when working - and to get really high quality dishes. I was allowed to use the gym room until very late at night. This was important for me as I would not return to the hotel before 2300 hours. The room was clean and provided a nice view to the beach. I got to see quite a bit of Visakhapatnam as one of my colleagues lives there. So if you want to visit this city in the Bay of Bengal, why not stay in this hotel?

Ich habe im Hotel Encore von 10. Oktober bis 14. Oktober 2019 geblieben. Das Hotel liegt im Daba Garten und das Landmark ist eine alte Pen-Schule und ist nur gegenüber den indischen Süßigkeiten. Der Hauptvorteil dieses Hotels ist seine Lage. Wenn Sie nur von der Tor des Hotels entfernt gehen, erhalten Sie Auto-Rickshaws, Busse, die überall in der ganzen Stadt gehen können. Es dauert etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten, um entweder auf der Bahnhof oder Ramkrishna Strand mit dem Auto zu gehen. Es gibt ***y Geschäfte, Einkaufszentrum wie CMR, Südindien Shop usw. sind umgeben d.h. es ist ein Marktplatz. So ist die Lage weise es sehr bequem. Das Front Desk des Hotels ist sehr hilfreich mit immer lächelndem Gesicht und sehr kooperativ. Sie haben uns herzlich willkommen gestoßen, wenn wir in das Gebäude eingegangen sind und auch danach. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels durch diese Bewertung. Ich habe im Business Room mit doppeltem Besatzungsstatus, Zimmer Nr. 303 & 307 geblieben. Die Zimmergröße ist so. Im Anschluss an einige der Bewertungen, Hotel ***agement sagte, die Zimmergröße ist größer als die Standard-Zimmergröße. Es kann wahr sein, aber wenn Sie mit etwas extra Beinraum in etwas entspannter Weise leben wollen, dann sollte dies nicht Ihre Wahl sein. Denn die Zimmer sind nur für zwei Personen geeignet. Alle Zimmer sind nicht genau gleich groß. So ist beispielsweise 307 etwas größer als die 303. In 303 waren meine Eltern geblieben. Da ich mit meinem kleinen Kind so möglicherweise sie mir etwas größer 307 zuweisen. Also, wenn Sie ein größeres Zimmer haben wollen & wenn Ihr Budget erlaubt dann nehmen Exekutivzimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber, mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen, 24 Stunden lang heißes und kaltes Wasser laufen. Sie werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Und da es einen Aufzug gibt, gibt es für die älteren Menschen kein Problem. Das Eigentum hat auch eine unterirdische Parkplätze. Aber was mich enttäuscht, ist ihr Restaurant. Obwohl alle Menschen im Restaurant gut gehandelt, aber es funktioniert nicht richtig. Obwohl auf der Menükarte gibt es ***y Artikel, aber Sie erhalten nur sehr wenige. Auch manchmal löschen sie den Auftrag nach der Einnahme und forderten, das Menü für die Nichtverfügbarkeit des bestimmten Artikels zu ändern. Aber es gibt einige gute Hotels rund um. Also haben wir nichts zu tun, außer, entweder zu Mittag oder zum Abendessen an anderen Orten zu einigen Zeiten zu nehmen. Aber es kann nicht für alle mit einer großen Familie, besonders mit Kindern, möglich sein. So pass auf das auf. So angesichts aller Fakten ist es ein gutes Hotel, mit einem etwas kleinen Zimmer (nach meinem Dafürhalten) (wenn Business Room mit doppeltem Besatzung gebucht wird) im Visag zu bleiben für eine Familie mit schlechtem Restaurantservice.

Visited the property for a small vacation, no doubt the property is situated at serenity, amidst sea. A well maintained and cultured resort with all amenities. Overwhelmed to experience a beautiful horticulture with variety of flora and neatly kept landscape, kudos to all housekeeping staff for their endless hardwork as it's really difficult to work tirelessly in this hot, humid and unexpected pouring weather and keep up the good work, the entire security team who greet with a bright smile everytime you come across. The entire staff of the property are really warm and extended their hospitality to make our memorable. We celebrated our birthday and received astounding service. Though, there were few initial huddles, all were taken care of by the amazing staff. Special thanks to the IRD team who delivered our delicacies all the way to the room in this spread out resort, Suchita from HK, Laxmi,Mitu, Anna from F&B, Harsha from FD and all the chefs. PS: Be it, breakfast, lunch, dinner or any meal, food is prepared by heart, hence you end up eating more and yet overly satisfied. Thank you again for this wonderful stay. 🙏 Suggestion: CSR activity can be done to clean up the beach area which is connected to the property.

Being a frequent visitor to this restaurant from last 7 years, very much know most of the staff. Naveen sir, you’re the legend providing absolute delicacies to all the guests which makes to turn over again! Last night my family came for dinner (my mom’s birthday it is). As i was out of station, called to staff and asked to take care about my family. They thoroughly enjoyed all the food they ordered. ***y thanks to the Chefs & Hari g*** who has taken care of my family. Lastly that cake surprise you guys given to my mom is something they can really cherish for a long time! Much Thanks to Naveen sir and all the staff for your kind hospitality and exceptional service.
