Hotel Rockdale – Exceptional Front Office Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rockdale, and I must say, the front office Vijaya and staff truly made my stay outstanding from the moment I walked through the doors. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident at every step of the check-in and check-out process. From the very beginning, the staff at the front desk eswar greeted me with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel at home. They were well-groomed, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the hotel’s services and amenities. The check-in was swift and smooth — they had my reservation ready, provided me with all the necessary information about the room, Wi-Fi access, breakfast timing, and even offered a quick rundown of nearby attractions. What stood out the most was their readiness to help and solve problems proactively. I had a couple of special requests regarding room preferences, and without any hesitation, they handled everything efficiently and politely. They communicated clearly, showed great patience, and ensured I was completely satisfied before handing over the keycard. Throughout my stay, any time I passed by the front desk, I was met with a friendly nod or greeting. Whether it was helping to arrange transport, providing local recommendations, or assisting with luggage storage on my last day, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. On the day of departure, the check-out was just as efficient and pleasant as check-in. They asked about my stay, genuinely took feedback, and even offered a bottle of water for the road — a small touch that left a big impression.

I regularly attend the monthly kitty party hosted at Hotel Rockdale, and every visit has been a great experience. The banquet hall is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for social gatherings. Special thanks to the front office staff, especially Vijaya, for being so helpful and courteous. The service provided by Ganga Dhar and the rest of the Service Corporation team has been consistently excellent. I truly enjoy every event here and will definitely continue to visit!

Our recent stay at Hotel Rockdale, arranged through Patro Sir (Manager), was once again excellent, as always with Bank of India bookings. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. The food was absolutely delicious and met everyone's expectations. Special mention to Vijaya from the front office – her assistance was outstanding. She ensured every guest was well taken care of from the moment they checked in. The team promptly followed up with feedback calls and quickly addressed any issues, no matter how small. Highly recommend Hotel Rockdale for corporate stays – efficient service, great hospitality, and a consistently smooth experience.

They were friendly, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I had all the information I needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Food was not good,,,The place is totally not good for kids,,, They are not able to provide food for 2 to 3 years old,,, When I asked for a food container to parcel food for my baby,,, they haven't provided the small parcel container,,, Such a pathetic service,,
