This is a brand new property. So everything was clean and fresh and new. I was very impressed by our stay. The room had standard amenities. The beds were cozy with clean crisp sheets. My daughter and I both loved the shower. It had a fridge and microwave and real plates and cups, silverware too. Had dishwasher as I’m sure some people do stay longer than one night. An interesting space with a curtain divider between sitting/work area and beds. Breakfast was what I expect from Hilton properties. Real plates here too. Angela was wonderful in the morning, she really made our morning. I was enjoying some peace and coffee while the teenager slept, we chatted a minute or two and then both went about our morning, when teenager was awake and hangry and came done for breakfast she remembered us. It’s these little things that make me love staying at Hilton properties. Check in and out was a breeze and while I did speak with a young lady and a young man on our way out I do not remember their names but they were both very friendly. While I don’t get to Virginia often as we only came for a concert if I ever come this way again I will definitely stay here.

This was such a nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again. We had a smooth check-in, and the person working the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for business travel. I was only there for one night, so I didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked and would be perfect if you were staying for a longer trip and didn't want to eat out every day. It had a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space - including a few counter stools. The room also had a big couch, large desk area, a really nice walk-in shower, a closet, and a nice built-in with a countertop that was perfect getting ready. The hotel looked new, so I was surprised when the front desk clerk said it was 4 years old. The finishes were nice, it was well-maintained, and it was clean. The hotel is about half a mile from an area with a lot of shops and restaurants. From friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage! So viel zu tun in Spazierweiterung und sie geben Ihnen eine Karte mit den aufgeführten Unternehmen. Das Personal ist hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Der Poolbereich ist super schatzlich. Wir werden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben!! Parkplatz ist in der Nähe in einer Garage und GRATIS. Am Wochenende, bevor wir 60.00 Dollar für den Parkplatz in einem Marriott zahlen.

Das Hotel selbst war nicht angenehm, Hauspflege kann nicht mit den Zimmern aufrechterhalten. Meine Zimmer habe ich mindestens alle drei bis vier Tage Reinigung beantragt, aber in meiner 1 Woche hatten sie nicht einmal stört, mein Zimmer zu reinigen! Ich wurde gesagt, sie nicht jeden Tag reinigen, ich sagte, ich habe für mindestens 1 Woche 3-4 Tage gefragt!!! Ich habe nicht jeden Tag reinigen!! Der erste Marriot, den ich erleben habe, dass ich gesagt wurde, sie nicht jeden Tag reinigen, was ich weiß, jedes Hotel ist jeden anderen Tag. Aber es ist nicht gut, um Entschuldigungen zu machen. Aber am Tag, an dem sie mein Zimmer reinigen, traf ich die Dame, die die Reinigung auf meinem Stock gemacht hat, sie war nett. Glücklicherweise war ihr Bistro Café-Anwender sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Cathy war sehr aufmerksam mit ihren Kunden Bedürfnissen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Check in Erfahrung mit Monica. Da wir mit 3 Kindern reisen hatten wir direkt beim einchecken gefragt, ob wir einen Late Check out bekommen könnten da unser Flug erst in der Nacht geht. Monika wollte sich bemühen, aber leider war sie heute nicht mehr an der Rezeption . Das Späteste was uns nun angeboten wurde, war 11:00 Uhr. Bei einem Preis von 450 $. Die Nacht erwarte ich mehr Bemühungen. Und das Hotel scheint nicht ausgebucht . Wir reisen sehr viel und meistens gelingt es dem Hotel uns mindestens bis 13:00 Uhr ein Zimmer zu geben. Vor allem, da es keine Duschmöglichkeiten im öffentlichen Bereich gibt. Die Pools sind nett, aber leider gibt es keinen heißen Whirlpool für die Kinder. Und ab 14:00 Uhr hat der Pool eigentlich keine Sonne mehr und dann ist es den Kindern viel zu kalt wenn man in der vor- Saison reist . Auch Wenn die Kinder lange im Wasser waren, war das Wasser viel zu kalt. Der einzig richtig aufgeheizte Pool war nur für Erwachsene. Ohne Ausnahme Die Toilette in dem Bereich vom Pool hatte fünf Tage lang eine defekte Seife keiner hat sich darum gekümmert . Jedoch die Mitarbeiter am Pool von den Handtüchern waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Game Room für die Kinder ist viel zu klein und bietet sehr wenig Auswahl. Leider gibt es auch kein Tischtennis oder sonstige Outdoor Aktivitäten. Einfach viel zu wenig Angebot für den stolzen Preis. In unserem Flur roch es die ganze Zeit nach erbrochenem . Housekeeping hat sich bemüht, aber keiner konnte fünf Tage lang das Problem lösen. Unser Zimmer war schön und hatte ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen allerdings muss man beim buchen aufpassen. Wir hatten Ocean view gebucht, und das ist nur ein seitlicher Blick. Wenn man richtigen Ocean view haben möchte, muss man ein Ocean Front Zimmer buchen. Das war uns vorhin auch nicht bewusst .

I came here for a reunion with my girlfriend. She came from Georgia. I came from massachusetts we both had 13 hour drive and drove down. It was a long ride when we got here we got our rooms. We had a problem with that so I was going down to the front desk to see if I could fix it and I met Robert Savage who’s your director engineering director here at Marriott on just Sundays thank God I ran into him and I told him my problem and he came down and between him Kay and Shantavia who are awesome people they fixed my problem. I am so happy we use Marriott all the time. My husband is a Goldmember has traveled all over the world stayed in marriot south korea his company only sends their people to marriot residence for month stays all year and even though it took a while for them to fix the problem. It was the best room that I could’ve possibly wanted I thank all of them Kay and shay’s and Robert for all the hard work and making this reunion the best thing that we could possibly have . we are older so we were also very exhausted and appreciate the kindness and caring of your staff we will let my husbands company know how great these people are

Dirty, dingy, dark, and dumpy. I cannot believe how dark and dirty the rooms are. The wall above the bed was covered in dust. The blankets looked old and filthy. There are no overhead lights and no floor lamps in the bedroom - just bedside reading lights - so we needed to use our phone flashlights to unpack. The carpet is ripped, the toilet flooded out of the tank on day 2 from normal usage. This hotel clearly cheapens out on everything. When we checked in, I asked for the sofa bed to made up and the receptionist handed me blankets and said I needed to do it myself, there was no one to do it. Then she told us we needed to walk through an unsafe, un-manned garage to access our room. We booked a one bedroom for our family of 4, and disappointed to see there was no door on the bedroom. Or the bathroom. So much for privacy. To me, no door = no bedroom. The pool was fine, as pictured. Restaurant was passable for a hotel bistro. Only nice feature here is the pool. We come every year to see family late September, and have stayed at four other hotels at Virginia Beach. We would never recommend this one and won’t be staying here again. Dark and disgusting.
