Als regelmäßiger Besucher in Campanile in Vilvoorde kann ich nur sagen, dass das Essen großartig war. Ich bleibe in Campanile alle ein paar Monate für Geschäftszwecke und wenn Elvira in der Küche kocht, ist das Essen immer erstaunlich Die Hotelzimmer könnten mit einem Renovierungs- und neuer Matratze machen, aber das Personal ist immer willkommen und macht den Aufenthalt angenehm. Let’s start with the two positives. One, the staff were absolutely lovely, so incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. Perfect English and just genuinely nice people. Two -it’s quirky. As an ex jail some of the features are interesting, although the dark and tatty hallways did nothing for it I’m afraid. So, the reality of this stay. Uncomfortable. We had two single beds pushed together and they were like a bouncy castle. I fell off the edge one night because the very very poor mattress didn’t stay on the base. It was like a big inflatable. There are no facilities in rooms for tea/coffee. The hotel does not do food other than breakfast. This hotel accommodates many surgery patients who have to stick to a liquid diet. Not so easy when no food at hotel and no kettle in room. Patients are not always able to walk any distance to get into town to buy anything. The room was hat I called “surface clean” it was not clean to standards I’d expect. Thick pockets of Dust and the cleaning service did not come near our room in the 5 days we stayed. They have no till at the bar so It’s exact money only with no change given or use a card (which if you’re pounds sterling will add a charge From bank) At €120 per night, was it worth that? No it certainly was not. For that accommodation I’d expect To pay €95 a night tops. Again I must finish with how fabulous the staff all were. In a better hotel our trip would have been perfect Staff actually heated a tin of soup for me also which they didn’t need to do. So kind

Das Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum der Stadt, es ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß von einer U-Bahnstation entfernt, wo Sie in 30 Minuten zum Zentrum erreichen können. Das Hotelpersonal war nicht sehr hilfreich und sehr langsam. Die Eincheckung dauerte uns 45 Minuten. Sie sagten uns, dass unser Zimmer um 15:00 bereit wäre, aber als wir um 15:30 da ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bereit war. Um 16:00 Uhr hatten wir die Zimmerschlüssel, aber die freundliche Reinigungs Dame war noch nicht bereit, so mussten wir 30 Minuten im Boden warten. Das Zimmer hatte ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer! Es hatte alle Amanzien eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Das Bett war sehr groß. Die Dusche war riesig und sehr gut, aber Sie konnten die Badezimmertür nicht schließen und es konnte nicht vollständig schließen, was ist A BIG NO GO! Es gab eine Menge Speicherplatz und ein komfortables Sitzbereich mit einem großen Sofa. Die Gärten waren sehr dunkel und gut. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel war in einer VERY UGLY Industriezone gelegen. Das Hotel hatte einen bedeckten Parkplatz und einen Parkplatz draußen. Es gab eine kleine Bar im Hotel oben und ein Restaurant. Das Restaurant war teuer und der Service war langsam und schlecht. Der Pool, Fitness und Spa waren sehr schön und gut. Ich HABEN Dieses Hotel nicht empfohlen, wenn Sie die Stadt besuchen wollen und in meiner Meinung ist es nicht wert It’s Price AND 5 STERS

The apartment was excellent. We were there for a month and will stay there again hopefully when we return to Brussels again. Yes there are fittings that are showing their age but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The position regarding access to transport could not be better. There were a couple of minor issues we had when we first arrived such as a tap that would not turn off, but these were dealt with immediately upon receiving my email. To me that is more important than if everything runs smoothy.

Sehr gutes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, nicht nur ruhig und komfortabel, die Toilettenartikel im Badezimmer sind sehr intim und einfach zu bedienen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal die Gelegenheit habe, nach Brüssel zu kommen!

Fantastisch, zentrales und leicht zugängliches Hotel... das einzige, aber der Wellnessraum konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil es voll reserviert war, könnten die Gäste des Hotels Priorität geben, übrigens alles ok

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

Located on an inviting street in the banlieu of Saint Lambert, the hotel part of the club has historic character. The surrounding area (with the exception of the old church) is not as charming as it consists mainly of garden apartments. The pool is a good size (25m) for swimming laps but too warm --29,5 degrees on the morning that I swam. I also appreciated and benefited from the tennis in the bubble on a rainy morning. The rooms are pleasantly designed with exposed wooden rafters. To be improved upon: The rooms suffered from dim light as windows are small and the desk light didn't function. Also, the wifi connection was problematic in the early morning. My biggest complaint is the bedding. Instead of a fluffy feather filled duvet, a non breathable ---perhaps wool or synthetic flat cover--is used as the insert. (I did overlook the two unsavory long hairs found on the pillow). Additionally, I wasn't thrilled by my steak and French fries that I had for dinner. Bread also wasn't the best.

Vor Ort gibt es Folgendes: Parken ohne Service (kostenpflichtig).Fühl dich in einem der 98 klimatisierten Zimmer mit Flachbildfernseher wie zu Hause. Ein WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) ist ebenso verfügbar wie Kabelempfang. Badezimmer mit Duschen sind vorhanden. Zur Austattung gehören Schreibtische und Verdunkelungsvorhänge; die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, aber das Zimmer war klein und ziemlich einfach, aber ohne Spott sauber und sehr warm. Es hatte auch sehr gute Beleuchtung, im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Hotels, in denen ich geblieben bin, und ich kann ehrlich sagen, es war das komfortableste Bett, in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Es gab auch eine schöne Dusche und eine gute Auswahl an Frühstücksartikeln. Das Hotel ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber ich fühlte mich nicht unsicher, durch den Untergang zu gehen und sah keine grauen Verhaltensweisen, obwohl ich wahrscheinlich nach Dunkelheit ein Taxi zurück bekommen würde, da es ein ruhiges Gebiet ist. Insgesamt möchte ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.
