Hoi An Villen

Ein schöner und sauberer Hausaufenthalt in der Nähe von Hoi Eine alte Stadt. Es befindet sich auf der Hauptstraße, wo der Nachtmarkt ist. Sie können die Fahrräder (sie sind nur eine Geschwindigkeit) von der Heimat zu gehen weiter - ich mag das wirklich, da es viel mehr Lebensmitteloptionen öffnet und Sie können zu den Reisfeldern und Strand fahren. Das einzige Problem, das ich mit dem Ort hatte, war, dass es kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche gab - nicht groß nachdem ich während eines Zyklus in den Regen gefangen wurde. Andernfalls, insgesamt groß bleiben.

We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end. The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings. The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier. If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

This is a warm and homely property in Hoi An located very strategically in the sense that it is very close to the old town and yet away from the hustle, bustle and the noise. The property is run by a family led by Vin and they do an awesome job of making sure their guests are comfortable and have a great time. The family is one of the nicest you will come across in Vietnam and they are eager to make your trip as smooth as they can. Its almost like experiencing a family homestay. We were a group of six and due to the nature of our booking we got to stay over two days in an usual double room, a family room as well as a connecting family room with a terrace. All the rooms are adequate for the purposes they have been made for and have attached toilets and free and good wi fi. Just that connecting family rooms have one toilet for two rooms. So you may like to keep that in mind if more than 2 people are staying together. However if you can afford go for the family room. Its larger and have much more space. Our rooms came with breakfast. However breakfast here is minimal (basically bread and eggs and tea or coffee). Enough to get you started and the place is littered with cafes and food outlets all within 5 mins of walking distance. So if you are looking for something more substantial you can easily walk out and get more. The property does not have lifts. So you are in the third floor (where family rooms are) you will have to walk up the stairs though its not much of a ask. The family insists on helping you with the luggage during check in and check out so that you are not inconvenienced for lack of lift. The hotel will arrange for you tours (if you want) at competitive rates. We took the coconut boat tour and the marble mountain tour which were nice. They will also guide you to authentic tailoring shops in case you want to get something stitched in 24 hours. However I feel you can let go off that as the tailoring is not cheap and you have to go multiple times for trials and delivery which will interrupt your day's schedule. They also have bicycles which you can use. Another facility is they exchange currency for you and their rates are better than what they offer in the airport or other places. For example I got 25.000 VND for one Euro whereas in the airport the bank rate was 24.000VND. They also offer laundry services at very affordable rates. Overall the passion and the warmth of the family is what makes your stay memorable. All are hands on so that you can have a good time. A much recommended place for you to stay, chill and enjoy the best of Hoi An.

A wonderful boutique hotel in close walking distance of all the sights in Hoi An, with brilliant friendly staff who made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean, well managed, and the beds are super comfy. We especially liked chilling by the pool after breakfast in the mornings! We really liked this hotel being just outside of the hustle and bustle in a quieter location, yet with a great selection of restaurants, coffee and bars locally. We arranged tours, laundry and airport transfers through the hotel, all of which were great and reasonably priced. Bikes are available for free which literally takes you minutes to ride into the ancient town. Highly recommended!

Perfect location directly in front of the beach. Nice people and beautiful. We booked a bit on short notice. Unfortunately, it seems there was a problem on trip.com because the ”sea view” cabin we booked was not available anymore and we had to take one in the back.

Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung, das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die beiden Rezeptionistinnen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und sogar einen Bus für uns gebucht als wir gar nicht mehr dort übernachtet haben. Die Lage ist super, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit der Altstadt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Kein Schrank und Safe im Zimmer und sehr wenige Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool.

Wenn Sie Hoi An besuchen und Sie einen hochwertigen Heimurlaub suchen, dann empfehle ich Tue Tam Garden Villa. Wir hatten Glück, dieses Geschmack zu bewältigen, als wir vor 10 Jahren Hoi An besucht haben. Unser Aufenthalt war so gut, dass wir 10 Jahre später wieder reserviert haben! Unsere Familie von vier (jetzt zwei junge Töchtern) hatte eine erstaunliche Erfahrung mit der warmen Gastfreundschaft und Qualität Unterkunft. Wir hatten Glück, ihre erweiterte Familie zu treffen, die uns immer in die Stadt nehmen wollten (obwohl es sich um einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang handelt), und sie würden uns immer die besten Orte zeigen, um zu essen, zu besuchen und einen großen Handel zu bekommen. Ihre Familie hat sogar unsere FedEx Lieferung organisiert und uns nach Da Nang zu einer Parzelle zu liefern. So ein Privileg, Zeit mit einer harten Arbeit und erstaunliche vietnamesische Familie zu verbringen. Die Familie hat letzte Nacht eine spezielle Haussuppe gekocht, die wir mit der Familie essen genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert als ausgezeichnete Erfahrung, sehr erschwingliche und qualitativ hochwertige Unterkunft. Oh...Ihr Haus machte Vietnamesische Kaffee ist das Beste in Hoi An (dies kommt von einem Kaffeetrinker!)

Great location. Far enough away from the evening noise of the Old Town but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We had 7 nights in Hoi An and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Truc Loc Villa is a perfect choice for all travellers whether for a couple of days to a week. They organised an airport pickup at a very reasonable price which was added to the room bill.   Located near to a number of good breakfast cafes such as Ellie's and Thom Sourdough. Rooms are clean and spacious and Nana has a lot of useful suggestions for excursions should you wish. There is a coffee shop next to reception and a small splash pool and a couple of sunbeds out front. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and TV with ample channel choices. Highly recommend
