Morgenessen eher bescheiden. Sieht auch mehr nach Kantine ein und ist daher nicht sehr einladend.

Mein letzter Besuch war so gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Angestellten sind nett und serviceorientiert. Vom 10. Stock aus hat man einen klaren Blick auf den Fluss Mae Khong 😊

Das Hotel entspricht nicht den angegebenen 4 Sternen. Vielleicht nur zwei. Zwei Tage lang hatte ich kein einziges Mal warmes Wasser, die Kanalisation funktionierte nicht, die Handtücher waren löchrig und abgenutzt. Die Wände und Möbel haben eine unangenehme schmutzige Farbe. Löcher im Badezimmer und im Zimmer, Flecken an den Wänden und der Decke, schmutzige Schalter. Kabelfernsehen funktionierte nicht einwandfrei und der Ton war schlecht. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, aber kalt. Insgesamt finde ich, dass der Betrag, den ich für die Qualität und den Service bezahlt habe, stark überhöht war. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

Very good location, just right at the night market, a lot of foods

Good location and a simple hotel that provided basic offerings. Pool was great, wish there were umbrellas to help get out of the sun. Gym facility was very basic.

Good location near night market, many restaurants and sightseeing. Great pricing with breakfast provided Weak Wifi in the room and non available on the 10th floor breakfast, pool area. Staff understands limited English. So do have Google translate ready. Spacious room and comfortable beds(we had 1 queen and 1 single in the room). We booked a triple room as its cheaper then standard double but we had 2 bath towels and 1 face towel daily. Problems arose from day 1 for the 7-days we stayed. No hot water to bath, no water preasure to the shower, WC cistern occasionally has no water to flush(we DIY using empty bottles to top up to flush). We complained and demanded to change room but each time told hotel fully booked and no rooms available. They did get someone to try fix the issues but nothing came out of them with replies like wait a while hot water will come or we will adjust the water supply on the roof. We had no choice as the room was pre-paid. We could tell the hotel was built with good quality material but not well maintained thus the present state. Needs some upgrading or the upcoming new hotels will take the business from it. When booking hotels DO NOT choose just by the photos but also the latest feedback as the Covid closure may have affected their funds to maintain the property unlike brand chain hotels.

The hotel was convenient and easy to find from the airport. The breakfast hours were awesome and the food was tasty! The view from the pool and my balcony were enticing and relaxing. The front desk staff helped to call me taxis to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean. The tv even had English movie channels and a station dedicated to football! I would certainly stay if I came back to Vientiane.

Tall hotel with nice views at the heart of Vientiane. Large but very simple room. Ok breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
