Wenn ich in der Nähe von Catania bin, buche ich immer hier. Zuvorkommendes und professionelles Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sowohl süße als auch herzhafte Auswahl. Ruhebereich. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, das Abendessen im Restaurant und die Spa-Dienstleistungen waren mehr als zufriedenstellend. Auch im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als zufrieden.

Hotel völlig im Nirgendwo, unfreundlicher chaotischer Empfang, kein Strom im Zimmer (Elektriker musste 3*kommen um den Hauotschalter zu kleben!) Außenpool kann nur von 9:00 bis 17:00!! benutzt werden und ist eigentlich ein öffentliches Schwimmbad (5€ Eintritt) das am Wochenende von den einheimische. Gestürmt wird. Spa Bereich kostet 24€ extra! Da die Poolbar mit dem Freibad mitschließt, gibt es dann bis zum Abendessen (das war bei uns OK aber auch nicht mehr) erstmal nichts mehr. 4*s ist völlig unerklärlich

Throughly enjoyed our time of rest in this wonderful resort. Everyone here is friendly and polite, willing to help even crossing over the language barrier. Our stay was made so special by the Maitre Dee of the restaurant, Matteo Item who served us, he was ever so polite and friendly and his recommendations superb. He represents the true Italian culture of care and concern. All together an experience that makes you want to return soon.

Poor value for money. Expensive with no local character. Poorest breakfast we have had in all of Sicily. Could not provide electric jug to make tea in the room (many smaller cheaper hotels happily have done this).

Breakfast waiters are not very friendly and unwilling to assit. None ever welcomed us or smiled to us on our 3 days stay. We had a small child with us and none of the breakfast waiters seemed to be pleased with her presence in the breakfast room to a point where we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. It was a horrible breakfast experience which we never encountered in any other hotels, not even in other hotels in Catania. Also, breakfast replenishment is very slow whilst rooms are very hot, especially those on the 3rd floor with a non-functional AC. We will never visit again.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you cannot get away, since a taxi would cost 50 EUR for 10 km according to the reception. Additionally the hotel tries to make money of you at every step. I had booked a late check out for 50 EUR, first the wanted to bill me additional 5 EUR for the pool , 3 EUR for a bathing cap and at check out they tried to make me pay an additional 40 EUR for the late check out. The pool closes at 5 pm, which is ridiculous for a self styled "resort hotel". And there are almost no deck chairs for hotel guests since most are reserved by day guests. All in all a really unpleasant experience.

We stayed for three nights as we were attending a wedding locally. The hotel was lovely and the staff were first class. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. Unfortunately the pool and spa area were out of action but it didn't matter as we spent time outside around the pool. The barman was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks he served. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a short visit as there isn't much to do locally

Rather dated rooms, some very small (bring a very small cat). It is close to the town where there are a number of places to eat, but it also has a very good restaurant. It is close the main road but there is little noise,

Struttura molto bella ma necessita manutenzione e non mentre ci sono i clienti. Ottimo ristorante, maitre molto professionale. Ottima Spa, personale preparato e cordiale. Sala colazione spettacolare, ricca di tutto ma si pulisce quando si finisce e non davanti i clienti che fanno colazione.

Servizio spa e di ristorazione eccellenti. Un complimento speciale ad Ezio. Bellissima giornata, torneremo sicuramente! Ambiente elegante, sofisticato e curato su ogni dettaglio. Piatti deliziosi e innovativi. Super consigliato.

Credo che l’impianto elettrico delle camere sia stato fatto da qualcuno con serie difficoltà cognitive, impossibile capire la combinazione giusta degli interruttori per poter accendere dignitosamente le luci. Ciò ha comportato seri problemi essendo un soggiorno di lavoro con la messa in carica di cellulari tablet e pc. Ma passiamo ai pasti, rimanere con la fame in Sicilia non mi era mai capitato, 4 giorni consecutivi di pasta, con porzioni ridicole, forse era un percorso benessere e non me ne ero resa conto. La colazione la mattina fatta solo di croissant surgelati, 2 torte tipo ciambelloni secchi, latte a lunga conservazione… durante la giornata l’ acqua solo a pagamento ( ogni bottiglietta da 0.5 l 2 euro) e caffè non compreso nei pasti. Il tutto in una location ai limiti della civiltà in una città che non dispone di marciapiede e anche per andare in farmacia abbiamo rischiato di essere investiti. L’ apice è stato raggiunto dalla caduta di un pezzo di muro che ha sfiorato la testa di un collega e la direttrice non si è neanche scusata per l’accaduto. Classica struttura che campa esclusivamente poiché c’è poca concorrenza lì vicino.
