Wir blieben drei Nächte lang, als wir eine Hochzeit vor Ort besuchten. Das Hotel war wunderschön und das Personal war erstklassig. Jeder war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Leider war der Pool und der Spa-Raum aus dem Geschäft, aber es war nicht wichtig, da wir außerhalb des Pools Zeit verbrachten. Der Barkeeper war auch sehr freundlich und über die Getränke, die er serviert hatte. Ich würde das Hotel für einen kurzen Besuch definitiv empfehlen, da es nicht viel zu tun lokaler

We wanted to share our experience @Royal Etna View in Tre Castagni. The property is great, clean with all that you need, not far away from the main attractions, and just 20-30 min away by car from Etna and Catania centre. Having said that, the best part of this place is not just its location and the building itself, but the STAFF there, Especially Claudio Caruso. He is a hard working man who strives to keep his clients happy. Our holiday started with a bit of a hiccup as the van we had overheated and could not be driven any more as it was risky. We were thankfully round the corner from the hotel when this happened. So once we got there and met the staff there they were extremely helpful. The morning after they spent the day helping us to sort out our problem taking us from one place to another and doing calls to get us another vehicle. We managed to get another vehicle to drive whilst there but no one would let us drop it off in Pozzallo so we had to return it the day before our departure date. On the last day we had to take the van with a tow truck - Thank God we were insured otherwise it would have costed us a lot of money. Claudio Caruso arranged for us to go after the van (he came with us) drove behind the tow truck up to pozzallo, and in order not to lose another day took us to Siracusa and Ortigia for the day. Once it was time to go back to Pozzallo they drove us back. I cannot thank them enough for saving our holiday and doing their utmost to keep us happy. So a big thank you goes to Claudio, Alberto, Dario, and Mr Caruso (their sweet dad) plus the girls - Roberta and her colleague who are always at reception helping everyone out!
