Sehr gute Lage, jeden Morgen mit einer Traum Aussicht aufwachen. Abends bei einem kühlen Drink direkt am Wasser sitzen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Personal ist okay, die Zimmer sauber. Leider waren die Badezimmer nicht sauber. Dennoch insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt.

Wir waren von unserem Besuch im Nani Mocenigo Palace begeistert. Die Lage ist herrlich - ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbare Nähe der Ponte dell’Accademia. Unser Deluxe Zimmer (104) war sehr geräumig und wie im Internet beschreiben eingerichtet. auch das Bad war gross mit Tageslicht. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Blick zur Frühstücksterrasse. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet frisches Obst, Bacon, Eier, wurst , Käse und div. Kuchen und Croissants. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Ich war auf Dienstreise in Venedig - das Hotel sah gut aus- auf den Fotos. Schon der Eingangsteppich spottet jeder Beschreibung, schmuddelig und wenig einladend. Das erste Zimmer - 4 Nächte für 618 Euro - war absolut unverschämt, ein dunkler muffiger Raum mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Meine Reklamation führte zu einem Zimmer, das etwas freundlicher aussah, mit Block auf den Innenhof., aber extrem klein. Die Dusche stellte sich als blockiert heraus, ich stand im nicht ablaufenden Wasser, meine Reklamation führte zu gar nichts. Das Waschbecken angeschlagen. Es war warm - 29 Grad abends - die Klimaanlage ratterte, funktionierte aber nicht. Auf meine Nachfrage teilte man mir mit, dass die Anlage erst am 15. Mai eingeschaltet werde...Toll.Dennoch war sie extrem laut - auch wenn sie gar nicht funktionierte. Das Frühstück: ich konnte beim Gang durch die Strasse sehen, was andere Hotels ihren Gästen inzwischen bieten - das Belle Arti ist in den 70er Jahren steckengeblieben, blasse Mortadella ist noch das Beste daran. Die Lage ist wirklich toll - aber das ist das Einzige, was für diesen Niedergang spricht.

Wir haben am Ende unserer Reise nach Italien 3 Nächte geblieben. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, direkt im Zentrum von Sorrento. Rezeption und Restaurantpersonal waren so hilfreich und freundlich - sie konnten nicht genug tun, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt perfekt war. Das kleine Schwimmbad und das Sonnenbad auf dem Dach waren am Ende eines heißen Tages willkommen und es gab viele Sonnenschirme und Schaumwäsche. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ohne Spott sauber und hatte ruhige Klimaanlage!! Das würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

We stayed as a couple in October and found the hotel to be conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to the water bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice enough with modern design. The shower is on the small side and I found the mattress uncomfortable however my wife found it acceptable. The breakfast was not great and the coffee poor for Italy but there are plenty of places for coffee and breakfast within a five minute walk. Overall I would return to this hotel as it’s an ideal base with clean rooms in a nice area and a convenient location, when visiting Venice your not going to be spending that much time in the hotel.

Die ideale Lage ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Rialto Bridge entfernt, unsere Wohnung war in einem Block nicht weit von Hotel Ai Reali entfernt. Wir gingen dort zuerst ein, um unseren Schlüssel zu prüfen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Begrüßung von vorne an der Hausperson und wurden eine Karte, einige sehr hilfreiche Informationen und das war sehr geschätzt. Wir wurden mit unseren Taschen zu unserem Apartment geholfen, ins Haus gelagert und gezeigt, wo die Dinge waren. Es war eine gute Möglichkeit, ein zusätzliches Bett ohne Kosten eines zusätzlichen Hotelzimmers zu haben. Wir waren beeindruckt mit der wunderschönen europäischen Styling der Wohnung und hervorragende Einrichtungen - eine Waschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Unsere Bücher wurden jeden Tag leer, wir waren dort 3 Nächte und fühlten uns sicher und sicher.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Vaporettostation und ist daher ideal für Sightseeingtouren nach Venedig, Murano und Burano. Der offene Strand ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für italienische Verhältnisse mega: u.a. frisches Obst, Tomaten, Käse-, S*****en- und Wurstauswahl, verschiedene Croissants, Pancakes, frisch zubereiteter Espresso oder Cappuccino. Parkplatz am Hotel kann reserviert werden. (Aufgrund der geringen Kapazität empfiehlt es sich, dies frühzeitig zu tun.) Das Hotel Panorama kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

The location is super conveninet as it is just near to the main train station.
You dont have to drag your luggage or use the water taxi to check in your hotel.
Downside is the 1st room was assigned to us is so smelly untill we couldnt take it and call to change another room instead.
Luckily the customer officer on duty, he came to our room and take a look and agreed to change us to another room which was actually at the other building.
We really appreciate that and he did apologized for what we encounter and give us a complimentary 2 glasses of wine.
yet, so much time wasted on check in and check out process, and the hotel has got so much stair, even it bring you to the exact floor but there is still up and down stairs which you have to suffer to carry your heavy luggage in order to check in to your room. I guess thats how most of the European hotel being structured and designed but its so much hassle if u have a heavy luggage to travel around Europe.
The 2nd room is bigger yet hot water dint work properly for the 1st night, i was shower in shirvering, and thats probably how i catch my flu!
The kettle in the room after we boiled the water, there is a layer of Wax appear on the water surface, which I dont know why and it looks dirty to me.. hence I have asked to change the kettle too, and luckily they bring us a new one which fix the issue.
Overall, if you are only loooking for the convenient and doesnt mind so much on the size of the room and comfortability, you can still go ahead with this hotel.

Ich war in dem Hotel, damals noch eine Pension, bereits vor über 25 Jahren. Der Charme ist völlig erhalten geblieben, sehr schön renoviert. Wunderbare Zimmer, sauber, ein reizend altmodischer Empfangsbereich. Und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war der Geburtstag unserer Tochter, und zum Empfang wurde ein Glas Prosecco angeboten, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr orientalisches Hotel. Frisch renoviert, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Beziehung zu den Filmfestspielen von Venedig, ist der Gesamtpreis recht hoch. Ich kam um 15 Uhr nachmittags im Laden an und checkte erst um 17 Uhr ein. Ich fing an, mich in ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer Tür zum Verbindungszimmer zu führen. Es gibt keinen Balkon, was völlig anders ist als die von Ctrip bereitgestellten Hotelbilder. Ich habe mich speziell für ein großes Zimmer entschieden, aber als ich zur Rezeption des Hotels ging, sagten sie, sie wüssten nicht, wo ich es gebucht habe. Ich zeigte ihnen Bilder von Ctrip und sie sagten, es sei ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und der Preis sei anders. Ich habe selbst mit dem Hotel kommuniziert und das Hotel hat mein Zimmer mit einer sehr arroganten Einstellung koordiniert und gewechselt. Lido hat einen guten Blick auf die Adria und der Strand ist voller Muscheln, sodass man nicht ins Meer gehen kann. So sei es, werde nicht wieder leben. Der Agent von Ctrip ist zu irreführend und das Bild entspricht überhaupt nicht dem tatsächlichen Bild der Zimmerkategorie des Hotels. Ctrip hat auf keine weiteren Anfragen geantwortet. Eine Cola kostet 10 Euro und ein Tramisu 15 Euro. Nach dem Check-in können Sie mit dem hoteleigenen Boot 20 Minuten lang kostenlos nach San Marco fahren, Gepäck können Sie jedoch nicht mitnehmen. Mit Gepäck können Sie nur für 100 Euro ein Taxi rufen.
