Such a cute place to stay. Complimentary tea and coffee with homemade S shaped biscuits between 8am and 10am, delicious. Patisserie on the corner. In the centre of everything, but quiet at night. They even have Netflix which works. Lovely people in reception.

Great stay! Hotel is clean and well located. We found it very easy to find. Staff were very communicative before the visit and booked us a water taxi and provided detailed directions. Room was spacious, comfy beds, decent bathroom. Would stay here again if in Venice.

We stayed in the San Lio in June. We were in the annex, which is a couple of minutes from the main tourist house. The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, the staff were helpful and the location is amazing! It’s only a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Umberto is the absolute best. He is extremely timely in his responses, knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond to help us when we had scheduling issues. He provided exceptional maps and information about the area. I definitely look forward to working with Umberto again if I ever get the chance to get to Venice in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Lio. Umberto was a great host and he provided us with loads of restaurants which were hidden gems and they did not disappoint. The room was nice and our window opened out onto the street. Location is great as it is right in the centre of everything. It is quite hard to find as it is just a door down a tight street. We got a couple croissants at breakfast and coffee which was a nice touch.

This is an excellent location. It is so central and good value for money. The host/manager is incredibly helpful. He couldn’t do enough for us to help us. We got a lovely little breakfast every morning. Warm croissants with a choice of spreads. Otherwise, we were able to do our own thing and come and go as we please. We were so close to everything and would definitely recommend this to friends ….. especially if mainly an active break where you’re looking for a central & clean room and a comfortable sleep at night (not if looking for an experience hotel where you’d be in your bedroom a lot). It’s kind of halfway between Rialto Bridge and St.Mark’s Square. Ten mins to each. It is surrounded by great shops and restaurants. There isn’t a sound during the night so you’ll sleep well while in beautiful Venice 🥰

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in quattro e abbiamo preso due camere, entrambi molto calde. La camera Matilde era un po’ più grande rispetta all’altra. Ma entrambi complete di tutti i comfort. Siamo arrivati in reception la ragazza che c’era lì é stata super gentile. Posizione della camera molto centrale, ed ben attrezzata su tutto. Prezzo più che onesto per essere a Venezia

Prenotato camera per 3 adulti e pagata per una notta €220,00. Terzo letto non presente. Per il terzo adulto poltrona letto con brandina semisfondata e materassino sottilissimo. Nottata in bianco in una branda spacciata per letto e pagata come tale.

Bom hotel. Como tudo em Veneza, não dá para dizer que é barato, mas tem sim um bom custo-benefício. Quarto limpo, boa localização, fácil check-in e fácil comunicação com o proprietário. Além disso, possui café e chá de cortesia pela manhã com algumas bolachinhas.
