Der Service ist sehr gut. Um 9:30 oder 10:30 Uhr fährt ein kostenloses Wassertaxi zur Insel Murano, um die Glasfabrik zu besichtigen. Die von mir gebuchte Suite war relativ geräumig und das Badezimmer war groß. Die Lage ist günstig, nur fünf Gehminuten von der Kathedrale und drei Gehminuten von der Wasserbushaltestelle entfernt.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, in zentraler Lage, aber nicht laut. Es ist sehr praktisch, das Frühstücksrestaurant des Hotels zu besuchen. Es ist nicht groß, aber es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, sehr bequem.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr bequem erreichen.

Da ich frei in Venedig unterwegs war, blieb ich drei Tage im Hotel. Vom Service an der Rezeption über die Sauberkeit des Zimmers bis hin zum Essen beim Frühstück war ich besonders zufrieden Sehr komfortabel. Nach einem Tag kann ich gut schlafen, wenn ich ins Hotel zurückkomme

Die Lage ist praktisch. Es gibt einen Pier in der Nähe und Sie können mit dem Boot direkt zum Flughafen fahren. Das Hotelpersonal ist auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit und bequem. Ich empfehle es allen meinen Freunden.

We were fortunate to be given a room on our arrival am .However this room is designed for disabled persons and very basic layout for wheel chair access. Good to know they have a wheelchair access bathroom/shower and room. Upon request, as to suitability we were changed to a really lovely room. But having to wait until 2pm. Thanks For an old building and for Venice the rooms were large well equipped and very quiet, Very up to date Breakfast is limited but a good selection. At an extra cost you can request further dishes from a menu My comment for future guests, the free tour plus any other tours booked at the hotel is dependent on numbers if less than four it will be cancelled. This happened to us on 3 occasions. You will not be told until just before due, (low season) To also remember Venice appears to have regular strikes on transport serves the day we arrive trains the day we went to the island (ferry) unable to extend as public ferry services were on strike with very limited services. Normally the service is one way but because of this a return was arranged. The glass factory was very accommodating plus it is interesting and no hard sell, they have 2 areas limited additions and off the shelf, you can barter a little and for cash we received 10% discount in the off-shelf area Hotel position is really good, both for access to sights plus we were unable to get lost when walking back due to proximity to the water and bridge of sighs Their airport and ship terminal transfers are very well organized with luggage assistance all the way to and from the hotel, well worth it I would recommend and stay again

Location is great, nice staff, comfortable bed, great shower water, breakfast with lots of choice, nice fruits, supermarket only 2 mins walk, i will come back

This hotel is definitely not worth a 4-star rating. While the location is decent, the path to the room feels unsafe and unwelcoming—narrow staircases and a layout that feels more like a dungeon. The room itself is extremely small, the shower is located outside the bathroom, and the toilet is so cramped that you can barely move. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially at this price point.

What a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.  The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.  The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional. Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Everything about this hotel is great, the atmosphere, the convenient location for walking, the friendly staff and the beautiful rooms.
