beware , the beautiful resort photo is a fake . the actual is shown . we paid for a lakeside resort we got a 3 star hotel beside the main road with no view and small old rooms . i appreciate the 1 day refund but we didn’t really get any sleep on our roadside room with so much traffic noise , the toilet and shower was too small . and please don’t say it’s not your photo , it’s very obvious - just apologise and offer a full refund

單人間比想象的小 但是總體還算滿意 離車站和湖邊都很近 前台的服務態度好 早餐也很豐富！很好吃！唯一美中不足的就是第二天晚上wifi一直開始連不上了，就沒有辦法使用網絡。

I stayed at Hotel Lago di Como for weekend getaway, and the experience was truly peaceful. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from the staff. The room had a modern design, with a beautiful balcony that offered a partial view of the lake. One evening, after a long day of exploring, I decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was well prepared and flavorful, though the service was a bit slow, likely because the restaurant was quite busy. The highlight, however, was the location. It’s perfectly situated for long walks by the lake or a short drive to nearby towns.

My partner and I chose Hotel Lago di Como for our anniversary, and it didn’t disappoint. The room had charming view of the lake, which set the perfect backdrop for our special occasion. One evening, we enjoyed a drink at the bar, where the bartender crafted a delightful cocktail that wasn’t on the menu such a nice touch! We also took advantage of the hotel's proximity to the lake and spent a day cycling around, which was an incredible experience. However, I found the Wi-Fi connection in our room to be somewhat unreliable, which was a bit frustrating when I needed to check some work emails.

Spent three nights at Hotel Lago di Como and it turned out to be just the retreat I needed. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a large window that let in plenty of natural light. One morning I woke up early to catch the sunrise from the terrace and it was a sight to behold. The staff was attentive, though not intrusive ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The only downside was the limited parking space, which made it a bit of a hassle to find a spot late in the evening. Nonetheless the serene surroundings more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Lovely, welcoming family-run hotel. Just moments from the lakeside and convenient for everything in Colico including the train station. Rooms are spotless with lovely linens and quiet aircon. Breakfast is simple and delicious, everything is fresh and the coffee is fantastic! We will definitely return.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway! The hotel’s setting right by the lake is simply magical. Our room had a balcony that offered the most picturesque views of the water and surrounding mountains. It felt like a private retreat, away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything we needed was within easy reach. The evenings spent on the balcony, watching the sunset, were unforgettable. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Dining options nearby were superb, and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel made it hard to leave.
