Das Zimmer war selbst groß und die Ansichten und die Lage ist auch groß. Das einzige schlechte war das Fitnesscenter und eine der Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich. Ich werde nicht ihren Namen erwähnen, aber sie mag wirklich Bossing rund um und schütteln Leute :)

Dies war perfekt für meinen ein Nachtaufenthalt vor einer Kreuzfahrt geeignet. Die Lage ist leicht vom Zug vom Flughafen und weniger als eine Meile vom Kreuzfahrtterminal zugänglich. Es ist keine Frills, sondern sauber. Ich hatte ein geteiltes Badezimmer, das eine Sorge war, aber es war gut. Sie teilen das Badezimmer mit einem anderen Zimmer und Sie werden sie dort hören, aber wieder war es eine Nacht. Es gab einen Tauch im Zimmer, der gut war, da Sie nicht das Bad für die Grundtändern zu schütteln, etc. Wenn ich wieder eine Nacht in Vancouver machen würde, würde ich zurückgehen.

Die Gemeinschaftsumwelt und die Dekoration sind gut, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu und sauber, bieten Früchte, d. h. es gibt Autos, Verkehrsunannehmlichkeiten, das Zimmer hat keine Einzeltüren, um das Haus zu erleben, kann man wählen. Ich ging zum ersten Mal aus dem Flugzeug und hatte keinen zu viel Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Da ich am nächsten Tag eine Nacht verbringe, muss der Besitzer die Reinigungsgebühr von 60 Messern an diesem Abend abnehmen. Also ließ ich mich vor 10 Uhr ➕ eine Gepäckgebühr zuerst absetzen und dann wieder aus dem Nachtmarkt gehen, Es ist auch ungünstig, wenn Sie nur eine Nacht schlafen, es gibt die Chance oder eine Weile mehr Zeit zu verlassen, das Haus ist luxuriös. Öffnen Sie das Haus, den Besitzer schreibt, dass die Tür in die Handtücher und die Gepäcktasche wechseln, und dass das Zimmer zu klein ist, um die Hallen zu vergrößern und zu organisieren. . . Verständlich, aber wirklich muss man vorsichtig sein. Die Gepäcktasche hat nicht den Gefühl, die Deckung des Bodens zu erreichen. Ich fühle mich hier zu besuchen. Das ist das Gefühl, wenn das Haus ein Volk ist, entweder die Reinigungsgebühr in den Preis des Hauses zu berechnen oder einen Teil des Zimmers zu verlassen, um es zu reinigen. Die Lockpunkte, die man wolle, müssen auch für die weißen Menschen vermieten.

Ich möchte nach Kanada das sting Konzert abholen. Rein Hotel großartig Frühstücksbuffet, wie ich diabetisch bin und kann griechische Yoghurt und Beeren und Eier essen, die meiner Diät passen. Es gibt andere Dinge, die ich essen kann ... aber groß bleiben

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer haben Geschichte und die Lobby hat eine hohe Klasse Atmosphäre. Die Väterchen gingen mehrmals oben und über. Die Zimmer, während gemütlich und komfortabel, sind ein bisschen datiert. Nicht zu sagen, Dinge fühlen sich alt und dekrepit, sondern man kann sagen, dass das Zimmer nicht in einer Zeit aktualisiert wurde. Frühstückszimmerservice war hervorragend. Lage ist zentraler und leicht zu erreichen von lokalen Whirlpools. In-Room Toiletten waren von hoher Qualität. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt.

Standort für 3 Nächte. Personal wunderschön, Zimmer fantastisch und Lage perfekt, nur an der Ecke der wunderschönen Wandergebiete sowie im Zentrum von Vancouver. Bar, Restaurant, Liquor-Shop und allgemeinen Geschäft auf oder neben der Website. Großes Hotel. 100% empfehlenswert.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Burnaby location in order to attend a dinner function nearby. We checked into our room and the heater was already on and set at 68 and seemed to be working OK. Shortly after we arrived in the room, a maintenance person knocked on the door to see how the heater was working. That should have clued us in as to what would happen next. A bit later, the unit started to spit out cooler air. I might add that the unit never cycled off and on as it should. I turned the unit up to around 72 to see if that would make a difference but no it did not. We contacted the front desk and within 5 minutes, maintenance came to check. We were told that the heater had to remain at 68, no higher or it wouldn’t work. I have never heard of such a thing. High temperature in Vancouver was mid 40's dipping into the 30's at night. By this time, it was 5:30 and we had to head out the door for the dinner event at 6PM. I wish we would have demanded a different room, because when we returned it was definitely cooler in the room. We were both tired and needed to leave the hotel early in the morning so we decided to “gut it out”. I looked for additional blankets and there were none. I wound up sleeping a total of 2 hours in my coat. This was not a comfortable experience.  I am generously giving this property 2 stars as the room itself was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk clerk kindly gave us a 50% discount for our discomfort which was the best she could do, but when I contacted their HQ was offered a 50% discount off a future stay. Don't think I will take them up on that offer, but thanks anyway.

Tolles Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Hier gibt's alles was man sich wünscht. Der Whirlpool mit Blick über die Stadt, ist genial. Auch unser Zimmer weit oben, hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Da ich nicht schlafen konnte, hab ich stundenlang am Panoramafenster gesessen. Das Frühstück ist auch vollkommen ausreichend und hat bis auf Wurst und Käse alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Plastegeschirr in diesem schönen Hotel. Ganz ehrlich? Das geht gar nicht! Das es auch in Corona Zeiten anders geht, haben unsere weiteren Hotels gezeigt. Vom Hotel aus haben wir alles fußläufig erreicht, aber auch die Bahn ist nicht weit weg. Wir haben in Vancouver ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht und das Hotel war für uns perfekt.

Ich war schon einmal hier und fühle mich gut, also werde ich dieses Mal wieder hier übernachten. Es gibt eine Küche, das ist während der Epidemie praktischer, das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und gut organisiert, die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in der Nähe die U-Bahn-Station, kostengünstig

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM.
