This is the best resort in the world, at least where I've been. The grounds are wonderful, even a little farm with goats, and we even picked fresh figs there. The rooms are great. We splurged on the very best suite, the Suite Romani! It was not that expensive. It came with free Aire spa every day, which is wonderful, and free breakfast in our package. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had. The two other restaurants for lunch and dinner are 5 star! Our suite had two floors connected by a spiral staircase, a living room, a 4 poster bed, and a huge private patio! The staff were so nice!

Das Hotel wurde 2019 von der Fernseherstraße gesehen. Ich wollte das nächste Mal wiederkommen, dass Sie dieses Hotel einmal übernachten müssen. Dieses Mal, wenn ich es will, ist es nicht schlecht, ein tolles Hotel!

Nur von einem Wochenaufenthalt im Hotel zurückgekehrt. Das Hotel ist super sauber und bietet eine gd bfast. Allerdings hasse ich zu sagen, dass wir soo enttäuscht über die Annäherung der Rezeptionisten. Wir r eine Familie von 5 ... 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und hatten also 2 Vernetzungszimmer. Um Versehen eines der Kinder verschlossen ein Zimmer mit der Kette und konnten so nicht die Tür öffnen. Wir baten die Rezeptoren (2 junge Damen) um Hilfe. Nach einer Stunde warten sie uns, dass der Wartungsmann nicht erreicht werden kann. Wir baten einen Schleiffahrer, die Kette zu entschrauben, und sie sagten uns mit der Notwendigkeit, unser Visum zu geben, wie diese d Anweisungen waren. Natürlich haben wir uns geweigert und nach einem anderen Herr oder so, musste ich wieder erklären, dass ich Medikamente im Zimmer impedierte und konnte nicht die Nacht draußen ohne es nicht verbringen. Nur dann entschied einer von ihnen, aufzukommen und meinen Mann in 2 Minuten die Ketten zu sehen! Keine Entschuldigungen nichts .... Am anderen Tag fragten wir, wie wir mit Kindern in einen Spaßpark kommen können. Da wir kein Auto hatten, sagten sie uns, dass es praktisch unmöglich ist. Es ist klar, dass sie (wieder die 2 Damen) keine Idee .... Absolut .... Wie man die Kunden informieren, wie man dorthin kommt. Wir mussten die lokalen um Hilfe bitten .... Und wir haben Illa Spaßpark und auch Porta Aventura mit keinem Problem überhaupt mit einem Zug! Unglaublich. Wenn wir ein Taxi benötigten, ein hilfreicher Empfänger, Marc immer für uns gerufen und der Taxi kam in keiner Zeit. Aber wenn wir die gleichen 2 Empfänger gefragt .... Sie wollten uns die Nummer des Fahrers geben und wir mussten anrufen. Ich bin so entschuldigt, mich zu beschweren, aber ich glaube, dass die Empfänger grundlegende Weisen und Informationskompetenzen haben müssen, um ihre Kunden auf eine anständige Weise zu leiten. Die Situation war so lächerlich, dass ich manchmal dachte, sie würden uns einen Witz machen 😶

Hotel della catena Ibis situato nei pressi del circuito. Il che vuol dire che è conveniente per il circuito ma se non è questo lo scopo, come nel nostro caso, allora vi troverete in una zona industriale e il nulla attorno. Senza macchina si può solo raggiungere un buon ristorante a circa 6-700 m. Camere, servizio e colazione in linea con il livello della catena. Da segnalare che il parcheggio sotterraneo ha dei pilastri strettissimi e uno scivolo in curva con molta pendenza: con un'automobile di 4,5 m o più correte il rischio di rimanere incastrati! Nel caso meglio lasciarla in uno dei pochi posti situati all'aperto dentro la recinzione.

Le pongo 5 puntos, aunque si pudiese le pondría mas ya que es un lugar super bien ubicado donde las habitaciones son espectaculares y aunque solo fuese una noche la que pasamos ahí la atención fue perfecta e increíble. Lo vi así de casualidad por BOOKING y la verdad que super contenta, a mas de que tenían una oferta en ese momento increíble, volveré a ir esta clarísimo.

Excellent hotel, and very clean. Staff are friendly and always available to help with anything you need. Towels for by the pool are also available. The beach is a 25 minute walk away but there are regular buses if you don’t want to walk. There is a regular bus into the centre of Barcelona too which only takes 20 minutes. If you walk up from the hotel there is a supermarket and a few shops. We went to the supermarket for breakfast items on a couple of days because we had breakfast in the hotel on the first morning and wouldn’t say it was worth the 15 euros each that they charge. The restaurant is open until 10.30pm so if you’re arriving late like we did, make sure you eat before you get there. There were a few ants in the room - BUT we were abroad and on the ground level so what can we expect. It was fine and didn’t bother us because there were only a very small number of them. Had there been more we would have said something. Will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Hotel Arrey Alella! :-)

In overall our stay was great. We choosed this hotel due to it´s lower price, even though the hotel is around 10-15 mins walk to nearest train station and to the center of Barcelona it takes around 25 mins by train, but we didn´t mind. We stayed in a superior room faced away from the highway and it was comfortable, big enough, with big TV, coffee machine and also we had every day , water, chips and little chocolate extra to our room. Cleanning was perfect every day. What we missed in the room was some closet or drawers, spent 6 days living out of our suitcases. Breakfast is satisfying, although after 5 days we would prefer more choises - coffee needs to be improved and juices are too sweet, but can be easily mixed with water. Hotel staff was very nice, helped us with everything we needed. In overall this hotel is very good value for money.

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per vedere Barcellona. Molto pulito, le camere sono spaziose ed eleganti, letti spaziosi, il personale è molto disponibile e sempre pronto per una chiacchierata anche se c’è l’impedimento della lingua. Zona bar molto carina, colazione a pagamento (10 euro) abbastanza varia. Si trova a 25 minuti circa da Barcellona ma a 5 minuti a piedi da una piccola cittadina molto carina.

Just want to put it out there about the amazing Hotel Sorli Emocions set in the outskirts of Barcelona. My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel whilst attending the Spanish Grand Prix. The hotel is located about 35 minutes from the track, with a caveat depending on traffic, which increases significantly depending on the time you leave the hotel to go to the track. The hotel is very contemporary in its design only 2 floors, rooms are spacious and well appointed, depending on what side of the hotel you are, some have Mountain View’s others sea views, on the first floor there is a large sun terrace and a swimming pool for cooling off. The hotel is built above a very nice large classy shop, a sort of mini John Lewis, lots of things to spend your money on. It also has a really great restaurant as part of the shop, with both dining inside and outside. The food is delicious, with an excellent choice of regional dishes, it has its on delicatessen where Jamon and charcuterie and cheese are prepared fresh to order for the restaurant. They also offer a variety of delicious desserts, you won’t go hungry. Breakfast is served off the reception in a comfortable dining area, it’s a truly continental breakfast, excellent choices of cheese and meats, fresh bread, fruit and pastries and excellent coffee. The staff at this hotel are extremely accommodating, especially Miriam, Alfons and David who cover the reception nothing was to much trouble, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast team were also very accommodating. I would also say the stars in the restaurant were Agnes and Ismael, quality service nothing was too much trouble. If we attend the Grand Prix again we would definitely stay at this hotel. A car is definitely required for getting around as the hotel is in a very nice residential area, the Barcelona airport is roughly 35 to 40 minutes. Great stay enjoyed every minute.
