The hotel caters for coach tours and treats guests like school children. The staff are hostile giving the overall impression they don't want you there. The restaurant staff herd you about rudely and try to take your food away before you finish presumably to get you out of the restaurant and off their hands as soon as The rooms are sp**** bathrooms too small beds and bedding very basic air conditioning split units and they hide the remote controls so you cant set temperature or direction of the icey blast directly focused on your bed The bathroom shower was a joke - it was a plastic cubicle multi jets but inadequate pressure to make them work. The main shower was a hand fitting in a slidy type clamp which pointed the shower at an odd angle away from your head. Unpredictable useless temperature control This is at best two star hotel and ideal for parties of school children who have no idea what real four star hotels are like and want a cheap deal No complaints about quality of food but definitely mass catering and room cleaning staff do an excellent job everywhere spotless but that's it nothing else to recommend this grim uncomfortable excuse for a hotel Imagine Faulty Towers without the humour and you won't be far wrong

Ich kann nicht sehen, wo waren die 4 Sterne???? Beginnt damit, dass das Hotel nur für italienische Kunden zu sein scheint, da niemand Englisch sprechen konnte. Toilette war schlecht gereinigt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (4 Tage) wurde unser Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt. Minibar (Kühlschrank) funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Es ist kein Bügeleisen verfügbar, auch nicht, wenn Sie an der Rezeption nach einem fragen. Überall war Staub. Kein WLAN verfügbar, sogar der Empfang beim Versuch, meine eigenen Daten zu verwenden, funktionierte nicht. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Das Schwimmbad hat eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten (9:30 bis 12:30 Uhr - 15:30 bis 18:30 Uhr). Das Essen war an manchen Tagen in Ordnung, könnte aber einige Verbesserungen haben. Hauptsächlich Pasta, kein Salat auf der Speisekarte. Wenn Sie zum Nachtisch einen Kaffee trinken möchten, wird Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass im Restaurant kein Kaffee serviert wird. The hotel is stuck in the 70’s. From the rooms to the staff…its very dated and not worth what you are paying for. The building and rooms scream for refurbishment. There are some positives but also a lot of negatives especially if you consider the price. We visited the hotel for 3 night in mid august. The rooms are very dated, limited equipment and the aircon is super noisy. You have to turn it off if you want to sleep. The bathroom is small and old, the white plastic chair and table on the balcony definitely makes you feel that you are in a 3 stars at best. The food at diner time is ok. Especially on the Thursday night when they set the tables outside by the pool. That was one of the rare highlights. Breakfast buffet is basic, there are things you can order like eggs but again, this is not offered by the waiters so you dont know what you can get from the kitchen. If you are a full english lover or love a egg Benedict with salmon you’ll be disappointed. On a positive side, the private beach is beautiful and the beach bar area lovely. Unfortunately, there isn't much for the kids…I think it caters for Italian customers in their 70’s more than for families with kids. It’s a real shame, the place could be so much better With a little bit of thoughts and TLC.
